●人より1時間余計に働くことは尊い。
努力であり、勤勉である。
しかし、今までよりも1時間少なく働いて、今まで以上の成果をあげる事もまた尊い。
そこに人間の働き方の進歩があるのではないだろうか。

Working an hour extra than others is noble.
It is hard work and diligence.
However, it is also noble to work an hour less than you used to, and achieve more than you used to.

●「石の上にも3年」という言葉があるが、3年を1年で習得する努力を怠ってはならない。
逆境も良し。順境も良し。
要はその与えられた境遇を素直に生き抜く事である。
