今回は世界的に患者が増加している「ゲーム中毒」についてです。特にコロナ感染の蔓延で長期間学校が休校になり「ステイホーム」していた青少年の間で急速にゲーム依存が強まっていることが問題視されています。国内の調査では10～29歳の人口の33％が1日2時間以上、ゲームに時間を費やしているそうです。私もこの問題に悩まされている10代のお子さんの保護者の方複数に会ったことがあります。
