昨日の続きです。
　①現時点で、どんなお客様がいるのか？

今日は、この「①現時点で、どんなお客様がいるのか？」の論点について、どのように分析していったのかをお伝えしようと思います。

現時点で、どんなお客様がいるのか？

まずは事実ベースでお客様をとらえるため、情報の言語化を試みました。
具体的には、氏名、年齢、性別、職業、年収もしくはマッサージにかけているお金、平日/休日の行動パターン、マッサージに来る頻度、前回会話した内容、などです。
この目的は、なぜ今のお客様が友達のところに来てくれているのか？、を理解するために行ったものです。

あ、どんなマッサージ屋さんなのかを書くの忘れていました。
・1時間当たり4,500円～6,000円
・ホットペッパービューティーとかくまポンとかのクーポンで、初回激安
（1時間3,000円を切るような価格）
・普通のマッサージではなく、骨の位置を調整したり、ストレッチを入れたり、マッサージ好きならわかるかもですが、ちょっと高価な感じです。

分析の結果は？

・Aさん
女性、40才後半、彼氏と遠距離恋愛（独身）、毎週通っていた
彼女の話を聞いてあげるととても喜ぶけれど、友達が話し始めるそうでもなさそう

・Bさん
男性、20歳前半、新卒一年目、月に一回程度
部活で苦手な動き、彼女ができたことなど、話を聞きに来てもらっている様子

・Cさん
男性、40才前半、アーティスト
不調はなく、アーティストのためか、純粋にメンテナンスに来ている

・Dさん
女性、50才後半、医療関係、月1or2回
コミュニケーションが苦手で、話を振ると喜ぶ

・Eさん
女性、40才後半、医療関係
こちらも、話を聞いてもらえると嬉しい

※顧客情報はかなり漠然とさせておりますが、実際はもっと細かく、性格や特徴を分析しています。

次の記事では「②そのお客様は、どんな悩みを抱えているのか？」を投稿しますが、なんとなく察していただけるかなと思います。

Today, I would like to tell you how I analyzed the issue of “①What kind of customers do I have at the moment?”

What kind of customers do I have at the moment?

First of all, I tried to verbalize the information to capture the customers based on facts. Specifically, I looked at their name, age, gender, occupation, income or money spent on massage, weekday/weekend behavior patterns, frequency of coming to massage, content of the last conversation, etc. The purpose of this was to understand why the current customers are coming to my friend’s place.

Ah, I forgot to write what kind of massage shop it is. It costs 4,500 yen to 6,000 yen per hour. You can get a super cheap price for the first time (less than 3,000 yen per hour) with coupons from Hot Pepper Beauty or Kumapon. It’s not a normal massage, but they adjust the position of your bones, do some stretches, and so on. If you like massages, you might understand, but it’s a bit pricey.

What was the result of the analysis?

・Ms.A
Female, late 40s, long-distance relationship with boyfriend (single), she is very happy when I listen to her stories about him, but she doesn’t seem to be interested in listening to my friend’s stories

・Mr.B
Male, early 20s, first year after graduation, once a month he does some movements that he is not good at in his club activities, he seems to come to listen to stories about things like how he has never had a girlfriend

・Mr.C
Male, early 40s, artist, no physical problems, he seems to come purely for maintenance, maybe because he is an artist

・Ms.D
Female, late 50s, medical related, once or twice a month, she is not good at communication, and she is happy when I talk to her

・Ms.E
Female, late 40s, medical related, she is also happy when I listen to her ※The customer information is very vague, but in reality, I analyzed it more in detail, such as personality and characteristics.
