我が家の10ヶ月の息子の成長記録。

切迫早産、低出生体重児で予定日より1ヶ月はやく産まれた息子も10ヶ月。
子供の成長は本当に早くて、以前の写真をみると既に懐かしい気持ちになるから不思議。

順調にすくすく育ってくれて嬉しい反面、もう10ヶ月もしっかり寝れない生活してきた上にいつ終わるか分からない夜泣きと向き合う時間はなんとも言えない絶望を感じる。

生活リズムを整えたり、朝日を浴びたり、夜は真っ暗にしたり、夜間断乳に挑戦してみたり…
と色んなことを試してきたのだけれど、まぁどれも上手くいかず、、息子はとにかく寝たくないらしい。

夜眠れないことは親としてはかなり辛いのだけど、(ちなみに日中も30分くらいしか寝ない🤣)
最近は諦めも肝心だと悟り始めた。笑

ちなみに息子は、超元気で1度も風邪をひかず、鼻水の一滴も出たことがない。
寝返りもかなり早かったし、9ヶ月の終わりからとことこ歩きはじめているし、どうやら成長も早いらしい。

寝ない理由を色々調べて試してもどうも上手くいかないので、良い情報だけを心に留めておくことで気持ちを落ち着かせることにした。

①毎日脳に良い刺激が沢山与えられている

②成長が著しい

③短時間で良質な睡眠がとれている

今はそういうことにしておこう。

息子が10ヶ月、というともう夜泣きもしない時期だね～と言われることがあって、
もやもやしながら、そうですね～とヘラヘラしている自分の成長も著しいと思いたい。

息子の最近出来るようになった拍手👏💓

きっとあれは毎日頑張る母への称賛の拍手なのだー！！！

Today, I would like to talk about my own birth experience.
My son is ten months old. I was due in late April.
I went into labor a month earlier than my due date!
My back was so sore that I couldn't stand up on my own.
I called the hospital and was told to come at once, because I thought I was probably in labor!
My mum was going to drive me to the hospital, but she said she had to finish the laundry first!
I wanted to see the doctor as soon as possible, but my mom and I had to get the laundry done before we went to the hospital!
When I came to the hospital and was examined, the doctor said that the birth was progressing.
I was told that I should be admitted to the hospital as an emergency because the baby still needed to be in my womb!
I was totally unprepared for the hospital as I didn't expect to be admitted a month early!
From there I was hospitalized for impending premature labor.
I was only there for a week, but the side effects of the intravenous drug Ritodrine made my hands shake and my body hot!
It made it difficult for me to eat, so I had to borrow a spoon to eat my meals!
In the middle of the night, one week after my admission to the hospital, my back started to hurt like never before!
I pressed the nurse call button and told the night nurse that I had unbearable back pain, but she just told me to take painkillers!
However, despite the medication, the pain was still there, and in fact it was getting worse!
I called the nurse over and over again and an experienced midwife came!
She did an internal examination and found that my cervix was fully open!
The situation was such that I had to give birth.
I gave birth in the middle of the night, but my husband had already left for Singapore, so I was completely on my own. I made a video call to him, but he was sound asleep!
The labor pain is very painful, but in my case it was very, very painful afterwards until the perineotomic wound healed!
My son is now 10 months old and he still cries at night.
Nevertheless, he eats well, moves well and works well.
