June 29, 2024: New Challenge, Fictional Story （新たな挑戦、フィクション）

I am now writing a fictional story. And I am going to post the first part of the story soon on the blog site 'note'. It is the story of a boy with no energy to do anything. In other words, he is an eccentric guy. I am trying to describe what is in the boy’s mind when he goes into action. He has no energy to do anything. So, when he goes into action, he must need something in his mind which satisfies himself and makes him go into action. So, I am trying to analyse and describe what is in the mind of such a boy. Up to now, I have seen a lot of people who looked eccentric to me. This boy is the summary of those people I have seen.
I will try to post its sequels once a week on an irregular basis. But I have no idea about when and how the story will end. I am writing this story while thinking. So, sometimes, I may need a longer time to post a sequel than a week. Or I may suddenly stop writing this story. I hope that my dear readers understand it.
I got the tips for this story from the game Rory’s Story Cubes. I got them while I was rolling 9 dice a couple of times. And I tried to create a story using the symbols on the dice. Then, this story came up to my mind. The game has helped to me to create this story. I will try to create other things with it.

　今、架空の話を書いています。その第一話を「note」に近々、掲載する予定です。何もする気力のない少年の話です。変わり者の少年の話です。その少年が行動を起こすときの心境を描こうとしています。すごく無気力な人間なので、行動を起こすときは、自分を納得させ、行動を起こさせる何かが心の中に必要なはずです。そのような少年の心の中にあるものを分析し、描いてみたいと思っています。これまで、風変わりに見える人々をたくさん見てきた。この少年は、こうした人の集約です。
　その続編は週に一度、不定期に掲載する予定です。でも、この物語がいつ、どのように終わるのか、見当もつきません。考えながら書いているためです。なので、続編を掲載するのに1週間以上かかることもあれば、突然この物語を書くのをやめるかもしれません。読者の皆さんには、このことを理解してくださることを願っています。
　この話のヒントは、ローリーのストーリー・キューブというゲームから得ました。9個のサイコロを何度か振っているうちに、そのヒントを得ました。サイコロのマークを使って物語を作ろうとしたら、このストーリーが頭に浮びました。 このゲームが、創作に役立ちました。このゲームを使って他のものも作ってみようと思っています。
