【第2回】インドの学生をお迎えし、インターンシップを開催しました！（後編）
こんにちは。島根県松江市にて、スマホアプリやWEBシステムの開発を行う、株式会社ブレイブスタジオです！
弊社では今年度も2人のインド人の方をお迎えし、2月5日から2週間のインターンシップを開催しました。
前編のnoteでは、実際にインターン生がどのようなことを行なったのかを簡単に紹介しました。
今回の後編のnoteでは、実際に働いてみた感想と、修了式、送別会のようすを簡単に紹介いたします！
◆働いてみた感想
今回のインターンのお二人に、インターンシップの最終日、実際に働いてみた感想を簡単に聞いてみました。
「感想をnoteに載せたいので、簡単に書いていただけませんか？」とお願いしたところ、なんとお二人ともレポート並みにガッツリ書いてくれました。
編集して短くまとめようかとも思ったのですが、せっかくなので全文載せることにしました！
Aさんの感想
My experience at Brave Studio is nothing less than life changing.Being an Indian, the difference in the work culture of an Indian and Japanese company was very much evident here. The punctuality and perfection of everyone in the company is commendable.
Everyone in the company was very helpful, patient and supportive.All of them made sure we were comfortable even though there were language barriers.There were also fun gaming competitions after work hours which were very fun and relaxing.I learned a lot from the 2 week internship that I will keep with me for lifelong.I got to do frontend work using HTML and CSS. I came here with 0 experience in frontend designing but now I am taking back all the lessons I learned from Brave Studio.Now I know how a company works and how I should learn things so that I can grow myself to work in a company atmosphere. Once I go back I am confident enough to do individual project using HTML and CSS involving responsive design so that I can master the basics I learned from here.
Overall Brave Studio was an eye opener for me. I will be forever grateful to the Junki Nishimura さん for giving us an opportunity to experience the global work culture and all the employees here for being kind and supportive .Also a special thank you to Saeki さん and Krishnaprasad さん for being very friendly and helping us do the project.This place will always be special and I would really like to come back here someday. Thank you Brave Studio!

As my first experience as a Intern of BRAVE STUDIO, am totally happy and greatful as I was able to enhance my coding knowledge and made me more interesed in this field. Especially the employees helped throughout our internship and teached us new topics such as Docker(containerization) and Responsive Web Design. In the first day of my Internship, they teached me the basics of Docker before going directly into the project which made me fascinated and helped me to build my foundation.
I worked on the project using HTML and CSS for the frontend and now I learned more on this topic and try to implement this knowlwge in future. They also try to keep us entertained by playing games in non-office hours and take us out to lunch which made me feel more closer to the team members.
And Saeki san and KrishnaPrasad san really really helped a lot..by reviewing and correcting the error by making me understand what is wrong.Totally it was my new experience and will be remember it throughout my life as a blissful memory. There are differnces in Indian and Japan culture, but they tried to experience thier culture in our own way. Even though am not good at Japanese, the team members supported really well.
My internship perod was almost 2 weeks..within this short period I feel comfortable and a part of this company. I would like to thank Junki Nishimura san, CEO of the BRAVE STUDIO for giving this opportunity to be a intern in this company and I would be delighted to give my contribution in this company and learn new things in the future. Thank you BRAVE STUDIO..
◆修了式
2月17日には、松江市市民活動センターにて最終報告会と修了式が行われました。
最終報告会とは、このインターンシップでどのようなことを学んだか、また、日本での生活にどう感じたかなど…2週間の体験をプレゼンテーションを行う場でした。
ブレイブスタジオにインターンに来たお二人はもちろん、他のインド学生のみなさんもプレゼンがお上手でとても感心！パワーポイントのレイアウトや、写真のチョイス、言葉の組み立て方など、私自身も学ぶことが多くありました。
また、プレゼンの中には山陰の魅力発信も。松江市民として新たな視点もゲットできた気がしました！
その後は簡単な質問コーナーを終え、いよいよ修了式。
島根大学の神崎先生から、修了証書を『日本式』で授与されました。
頭を傾げながら「『以下同文』って英語でなんというのやら…」と呟いていた先生が個人的に印象に残っています。笑
◆送別会
最終報告会のあとには、Green's Baby にて送別会が行われました。
バイキング形式で思い思いの料理を詰め、インド学生のみなさんと交流。ドリンクも飲み放題で、車で来ていた私はソフトドリンクを飲むことにひたすら勤しんでいました。あまりにも私がマンゴージュースを頼んでいたため、インド学生の方から『マンゴーがお好きなんですか？』と流暢な日本語で聞かれてしまいました。笑
楽しく過ごしているとあっという間に2時間が過ぎました。最後にインド学生の男性が立ち上がり、締めの挨拶をすることに。その方はお酒をたくさん飲まれていたので、少々不安になりながらも、全員が真剣に耳を傾けます。
「私は明日東京から飛行機に乗って帰るのですが、そのとき、この2週間の思い出が走馬灯のように蘇って涙するでしょう」
とても素敵な言葉をみなさんに届け、最後にはこのような日本語を覚えて送別会が締め括られました。
『宴もたけなわですが、本日はここでお開きとなります』
