Jazz Night At Yulli's

【Day 153】

I skipped writing a diary yesterday because I went out drinking with Chiho at Yulli's Brews and came back home too late.

It was Jazz night at Yull's, Tilly was singing and swinging with the band and huge fermentations in the background. That looked very cool. 

I drank quite unique beer on taps such as Umeboshi lager and Karaoke king rice lager.

And I had a great chat about surfing, brewing, and raising kids in Australia with Chiho. She gave me fresh sake lees that used when she brewed. And I gave her a bottle of MIPA I brewed. That kind of exchange makes me happy as a home brewer. I had a lot of fun.

I realized my voice was dead this morning. I thought it’s because it had been a while since the last time drinking.

In the evening, I made sweet sake using sake lees and it tasted great!
