#25 The Sun also Shines [PART3. Spain] ep.X "Toledo the Ancient City②
The weekend after the one I went to Toledo, a new destination is Toledo.
Wait, was it "if you have a year, go to Spain every weekend"?
Anyway, two Czech come with me. We had a plan of day trip to another place and even booked a train ticket, they both got drunk the night before, and we missed the train. Both of them hadn't even showed up at a station.
Umm, I can't trust drunk people.
I managed to contact with them, so I went to their place and replanned. After an hour, we agreed on going to Toledo. They said they hadn't been there yet.
They made me some brunch, and I went back home to siesta bacause it's about siesta time. Their sopa de ajo (garlic soup) made things feel just alright.
I was so relieved
It gets much support in this country, too.
The city was full of the letters STAR WARS. You are the only hope. I eventually found a cinema which has the title with Spanish subtitles. Spain seems to prefer it dubbed more than Japan, basecally there're many cinemas for only dubbed titles. I have to look for sign of VOSE (Voz Original Subtítulo Español). It makes me miss United Cinema Sapporo.
I checked out some cinemas in advance to be ready perfectly for the opening day. The best was one in Manoteras, it got me feel odd to see spectators just go out as soon as end credits starts. Worse places even turn light up.
