it makes sense that 64.4% of people don’t travel to admire cherry blossoms.
The most popular destinations for people to see the trees include Kyoto, Kawazu, and Hirosaki.
There are
“Three Great Cherry Trees”
of Japan.
Many people couldn’t name these natural monuments.
The oldest,
Yamataka Jindai Zakura,
is between 1,800 and 2,000 years old and was only familiar to 16% of people.
The second is Neodani Usuzumizakura.
The most well-known,
Miharu Takizakura,
resembles a waterfall with its cascading flowers, and is more than 1,000 years old.

ある観光会社が2021年に554人の日本人に行ったアンケートで、意外な答えが返ってきました。 3月が忙しい時期であることを考えると、64.4％の人が桜を鑑賞するために旅行しないのも納得がいきます。お花見の行き先は、京都、河津、弘前などが多いようです。
日本には「日本三大桜」と呼ばれる桜がありますが、この天然記念物の名前を言えない人は多いようです。最も古いヤマタカ神代桜は樹齢1,800〜2,000年で、16％の人しか知りませんでした。2番目は根尾谷淡墨桜。最もよく知られている三春滝桜は、流れ落ちる花が滝に似ており、1,000年以上前のものです。
