Commitment to invest in meanwhile use at the outset leads to long- term benefits far outreaching the financial investment, such as engaged communities, strong identity of the place, or a good relationship with the local authorities.

つかの間のプロジェクトは、単なるCSRやマーケティングツールとしてではなく、プロジェクトの基本的な段階として考える必要があります。つかの間の利用法を成功させるためには、確実な資金が必要です。つかの間の活用法に投資するというコミットメントを最初に持つことで、コミュニティの活性化、場所の強いアイデンティティ、自治体との良好な関係など、財政投資をはるかに上回る長期的な利益につながります。
