2週間くらいしかいれなかったけど、もっと住んでみたい街。
Melbourne メルボルン
Melbourne is the second largest city in Australia. There are a number of buildings which were built in the later of 1800s. The famous economic magazine says Melbourne is the most livable city in the world because not only its infrastructure but also climate are fabulous.
オーストラリアで２番目に大きな都市。1800年代後半の建物が多く残っています。医療・教育・交通などのインフラが充実している事から、世界で最も住みやすい街といわれています。
This station is placed at the central of Melbourne. The first steam train in Australia left this station in 1854.
メルボルンの中心にある駅。1854年、オーストラリアで初の蒸気機関車がこの駅から発車しました。
Many graphic arts are painted on lanes which are crossed to the main streets.
ちょっとした脇道にグラフィックアートがたくさんあります。
Every car turns right from the left lane to not obstruct the trams which are set all over the centre of the city.
路面電車が街中を走っているため、車は邪魔にならないように左車線から右折します。
This view is from the sky deck of Eureka Tower which is the highest deck in the southern hemisphere. Melbournian are proud of being higher than Sydney Tower's one.
南半球で最も高いユーレカタワーの展望台からの景色です。シドニータワーよりも高いということがメルボルンにとって重要です。
