Grasse Institute of Perfumery - Level 3クラススタート

2020年11月と12月に、フランスの有名な調香学校であるGrasse Institute of Perfumery のオンラインクラスのLevel 1と2を受講しました。

今回はさらに次のLevel 3が開講されることになったので、それについてのnoteです。

GIPのLevel 3の案内がメールできました。

今回も２つのタイムゾーンに分かれていて、それぞれ7人ずつという狭き門。

すぐに申込しようと思っていたのに、ちょっと他のことをやっていたら日本時間20時からのクラスが満席になってしまい・・・24時スタートのクラスに仕方なく申込しました。

授業日程：2021年7月12日〜28日（合計28時間）
授業料：2,700ユーロ

ONLINE COURSE LEVEL 3 IS FINALLY HERE!

Following your requests, we have created a made-to-measure complete program, just for you.

Information about level 3 program:

You have two options regarding the time slots.

Be aware that you have to choose only one option for the whole training, so please check that you are available for the proposed dates and time slots.

Be careful, there will be only 7 students joining each of the 2 groups. First-come, first-served !

To follow that level 3 you will need:
-The scale you received in the LEVEL 2 kit.
-To have access to a bain-marie (hot-water bath/pot on the stove).

Finally, be sure that the LEVEL 3 program will include a certificate as well workbooks that you will receive by email at the end of each course.

Level 3開催にあたり、2月にアンケート調査がありました。元々、Level 3は個人の希望に合わせたカリキュラムでの開催が予定されていたので進まない予定でしたが、共通プログラムが開講されることになったので、受講することに決めたという経緯があります。

教材キットが到着。

なんだかすごく大きいダンボールです。

開けてみると、！！！、Level1と2を合わせて香料Boxが2つだけだったのに、今回は5つもあります！

成田空港の税関から電話がかかってきて、中身が何か説明して欲しいと言われたのも納得。

いよいよ今夜から授業が始まります！

第1週目は深夜0時から3時間続くので大変ですが、現地に行かずに授業を受けられるのはとても有り難いことです。がんばります。
