今回も、YCHの希少なIdaho7 CryoやCitra、Simcoeを使ってドライホッピング。パイナップルや樹脂のようなアロマには、オレンジピールそしてイチゴのような風味も。レモンの皮を連想させる苦みに、ほんのりとEarthyな余韻が長く続く……。
大地の恵みを全身に感じ、広大なホップ畑に想いを馳せながら、今日も一言。んーーー、んまー🤤
So good we had to bring it back for another round! Our Hop Heroes teamed up with the recipe gurus at @yakimachiefhops for a little early spring ocean-spanning collab action. A “best of both worlds” Mountain IPA wouldn’t fit the bill w/o Idaho 7 CRYO HOPS, right? Idaho Wild starts you off with a mega-dank juicy tropical fruit nose and brings it home with a smashingly refereshing orange juicy fruit flavor rush. Illustration for the collab features our Hop Dudes in the fields at Jackson Hop Farm in Wilder, Idaho - the birthplace of the fantastic variety that our Alchemist can’t wait to explore more. Japan is (yet again, especially this year!) a touch late to the hop party because Covid, but now that the Alchemist finally has his mitts on 2021 goodies... gon’ get Wild once again.
