『Land of Dreams』はRosanne Cashの楽曲です。
先日紹介した『beautiful song』と同様、僕にとっては映画館で流れるCMのイメージが強いですね。
僕は昔から映画が好きなのですが、ここ10年以上は新宿ピカデリーによく通っています。
観たい映画が公開されると大体新宿ピカデリーに行ってたのですが、本編の上映前は必ずCMが入ります。
昔はCMが長すぎて色々なことを感じていましたが、今となっては何だかどうでもよくなりました。
もはや映画の恒例行事ともすら感じちゃっていますね。
さて、そんな新宿ピカデリーで流れたCMの中で、個人的に特に気に入っていたのが「DiscoverAmerica」のCMです。
何とも雄大なアメリカの映像に、素敵な音楽が載せられていたのです。
それが今回紹介する『Land of Dreams』でした。
確かCM内でも曲名は公開されていたのですが、映画が終わる頃にはいつも忘れてしまっていました。
どうにかして曲名を記憶してから楽曲を探すことができたのですが、自宅でも聴けたのは感動しましたね。
雰囲気といい結構好きな楽曲です。
まとめ
こんな感じで、Rosanne Cashの『Land of Dreams』の紹介でした。
映画の前に流れていたCMソングなのですが、かなり思い出に残っている楽曲ですね。
残念ながらかつて放送されていたCMを見つけることはできなかったのですが、思い出の中にはしっかり残っています。
