【へっぽこ英会話2Months⑪】息子が初めて、風邪ひいた！

子供が、熱を出すと焦りません？
しかも息子はまだ、赤ちゃんなので、初めての発熱にめちゃくちゃ焦った！
病院に連れて行くのも一苦労。
薬を飲ませるの何て、至難の業。

落ち着いてから、そんなことを英語圏の講師の前でべらべらしゃべってみた。

I'm tired because my son is sick.
Yesterday his temperature was high for the first time.
I was worried about him because he couldn't tell what's wrong.
I took him to the hospital.

意訳：私は疲れています。息子が風邪なので。
昨日彼は初めて発熱しました。
彼は、何が起こったのか話せないので心配しました。
病院へ連れて行きました。

The doctor gave him check-up.
He said my son was sick and gave him some medicine.

医師は彼を検査しました。
風邪だと診断し、薬をくれました。

When we returned home, he was crying and spoke mother tonght.
He was in a bad mood .
I carryed him all day long.
I try to take some medicine but he hated the medicine.

家に帰って来ると彼は泣き、喃語を言いました。
機嫌が悪いのです。
一日中抱っこしました。
私は、彼に薬を飲ませようとしましたが、嫌がりました。

Last night my all family woke up at midnight because he woke up and cry many times.
and this morning his body was hot again.
I was shocked.
I took him to the hospital again because doctor said if he still has the temperature you should take to the hospital.

昨日の夜は、何度も彼が泣くので家族全員が起きました。
そして、今朝、彼の熱はまた上がりました。
ショックでした。
私は彼をもう一度病院へ連れて行きました。医師がもしまだ熱があるなら来てくださいと言ったからです。

I returned to the hospital.
The doctor did a complete check-up.
He was tested for the flu and strep throat.
But no flu and no strep throat.

もう一度病院へ行きました。
医師は全身チェックしました。
インフルエンザや溶連菌の検査をしました。
でも違いました。

We went buck my home, I tried to give him some medicine but he didn't take it.
I didn't think the medicine tastes good.
I told the doctor I think the medicine tastes bad.
He said I have never taken this medicine.
He doesn't know what it tastes like.
He doesn't need take it.
I was laughing.

帰宅し、彼に薬を飲ませようとしましたが、飲みませんでした。
私は、その薬が美味しくないと思いました。
医師に相談しました。
彼は、「飲んだことがないからね。」と言いました。
医師はどんな味か知らないのです。
医師が飲む必要はありません。
私は笑いました。

Today he turned 6 months old.
I hope he gets better soon.
He's drinking a lot of milk.
He's gotten his appetite back.

今日、息子は６ヶ月になりました。
早く良くなることを望みます。
彼はよくミルクを飲みます。
空腹が戻ってきたのです。

After he gets better, I think I'm going to get sick.
I'm tired.
It was lot of work.
Did everything myself.
I hope I'll be able to sleep well.
I've been looking after this myself.

彼が良くなったあと、私は風邪を引きそうです。
疲れています。やることが多いのです。
全てをひとりでしました。
これからよく眠れることを願います。
自分自身をケアしたいです。
