じーっと止まって観察することによって、人間は地球という星屑の塊から生まれた「地球の一部分」であるという事実に気づく。
観察を通じてそれを何度も確認し、実感する。

その事実の確認と実感によって、日々の選択の理由に根拠が生まれる。
その事実の確認と実感によって、安堵に近い根本的な部分の安らぎを知る。

そして同時に、私は完全に自由だということを改めて知る。

んで、納得して生きる。

I have come to realize the fact that human beings are "a part of the earth," born from a lump of stardust called the earth, through sitting still and stopping to observe myself and the world while doing zazen.
Through sitting and observing, I have confirmed and realized this many times.

This confirmation and realization of the fact gives me a basis for the reasons for my daily choices.
Through the confirmation and realization of this fact, I know a fundamental peace of mind that is close to a sense of relief.

And at the same time, I realize that I am completely free.

And I live in a state of contentment with my relationship to the world.
