【SS】デスクの胸像

オフィスを出ようとしていたら　
女子社員のひとりに呼び止められた。

「これ、素敵ね」
彼女のデスクの上に胸像が置いてある。

それをボールペンの先で示しながら　
彼女は感心したような表情。

石膏を削って表面に着色したもの。

彼女の姿形に似せて僕が作り　
僕が彼女にプレゼントしたものだ。

「それは、どうもどうも」

嬉しくなり、彼女と話し込もうとしたら　
別の女子社員が声をかけてきた。

「これも素晴らしいと思うわ」

その彼女のデスクの上にも胸像が置いてある。
やはり僕が作ってプレゼントしたもの。

さらに他の女子社員たちの声が重なる。

「私、こっちが好き」
「これが一番いいわ、私は」
「ううん。こっちのが最高よ」

どうやら、この部署の女子社員全員に　
見境なくプレゼントしたらしい。

みんな、顔をこちらに向け　
みんな、僕の作品を褒めてくれる。

嬉しくて涙が出そうになる。
「みんな、ありがとう」

それから、僕はオフィスを出ると　
もう二度と戻って来なかったのだった。
　

Bust on Desk

One of the female employees stopped me
when I was leaving the office.

"This is nice."

There is a bust on her desk.

She is impressed as she shows it
with a ballpoint pen.

It is a plaster cast and colored on the surface.

I made it to resemble her figure and gave it to her.

"That's all right."

When I was glad to talk to her,
another female employee called out.

"I think this is also wonderful."

A bust is also on her desk.
After all I made and presented.

In addition,
voices of other female employees overlap.

"I like this."
"This is the best, I am."
"No, this is the best."

Apparently, I gave all of the female employees
in this department a present without a doubt.

Everyone faces me and everyone praise my work.

I'm glad I'm about to tear
"Thank you everyone."

Then, when I left the office, I never came back.
