胸の内に入りて　
臓腑を喰い破るもの　

頭の内に潜り　
脳を腐らせるもの　

腰を折り　
背骨を曲げ　

四肢を萎えさせ　
首を項垂らせんとする　

汝の名は　
言うも　憂鬱

To defeat viscera

To put the brain rot 

Fold the hip bone 
Bend back spine 

Withered limbs 
Make the neck fall
