山の上に古びた社があった。

長くて急な石段があるため
訪れる者は減多にいないのだった。

それは、ある朝のこと。

猫が石段を上っていった。
少女も石段を上っていった。
浮浪者も石段を上っていった。
坊主も石段を上っていった。

やがて、その日のタ方。

ヒゲを抜かれた猫が石段を下りてきた。
服を破られた少女も石段を下りてきた。
血まみれの浮浪者も石段を下りてきた。

それで終わり。

もう誰も石段を下りてこないのだった。
　

Shrine's Stone Steps

There was an old shrine on a mountain.

Because there are long and steep single stone steps,
there are not many visitors.

It was one morning.

A cat went up the stone steps.
A girl also go up the stone steps.
A vagabond also go up the stone steps.
A buddy also go up the stone steps.

Eventually, it was the evening of the day.

A bearded cat is came down the stone steps.
A girl who broke her clothes also came down the stone steps.
A blood coat vagabond also came down the stone steps.

That was the end.
Nobody has come down the stone steps anymore.
