議事堂で会議が始まろうとしている。

ここで決議すべき議題は　
ここで決議できないほどにある。

非常識な質問が大理石の壁を削る。

「多数決制度が多数決によって否定されたら
　その決定に従うのでありますか？」

無責任な意見が床の絨毯の上に渦巻く。

「個人的な利害関係のある者が
　公的な決定に関与してはなりません」

不愉快な批判が天井のシャンデリアを揺する。

「反対でなければ賛成とは
　賛成でなければ反対なので、異議あり！」

この議事堂には出口がない。

と言うか　
もともと入り口すらなかったはず････

A meeting is about to begin in the Capitol.

The agenda to be resolved here
is too large to be resolved here.

Insane questions sharpen marble walls.

"If the majority rule is denied by majority,
do you follow that decision?"

Irresponsible opinions swirl over the carpet on the floor.

"Persons of personal interest
must not be involved in public decisions."

Unpleasant criticism shakes the ceiling chandelier.

"I disagree that you agree if you don't disagree!"

This Capitol has no exit.

On the contrary,
there shouldn't have been an entrance...
