銭形警部（とっつぁん）の恋愛（ルパン三世）

銭形警部（銭形幸一）は、ルパン三世の逮捕に執念を燃やす熱血刑事である。警視庁からICPOに出向し、世界中で捜査する権限が与えられている（これは、この作品の独自設定で、現実のICPOは捜査はしない）。

仕事命に見える銭形警部だが、実は、ロマンスもある。今回はそんな話をしたい。

とっつぁんの惚れた女（PART 2）

大富豪の未亡人、ローラと銭形警部は相思相愛となる。ローラの元夫は、自分の財産の金庫の鍵を、ローラの声紋とした。しかし、自分の声の後にローラの声が続かない場合は、ローラの身体にしかけた爆弾が爆発する仕組みとしていた。ニューヨークのマフィアは、その爆弾のことを知らず、ローラの声を録音しようと企む。銭形警部はローラをマフィアから助け出すが、自分だけでは守りきれないため、ルパン一味に土下座してまで、ローラの保護を依頼する。ローラを守り抜くには、金庫をルパンが盗んで、海底にでも捨てて、その後、手術で爆弾を除去する以外に方法はない（財産を狙うマフィアは山ほどいる）。しかし、マフィアから逃げる途中、ローラは銭形警部への愛の告白をこらえられなくなり、その言葉をマフィアに録音されてしまう。また、マフィアの銃撃を受けて、ローラは絶命する。ルパン一味は銭形警部に同情し、「必ず仇をとる」と約束する。ルパンたちは、ローラの身体から小型爆弾を摘出し、マフィアのボスがのむ薬に混ぜてのませることに成功する。その後、マフィアたちはローラの声を再生して、財産もろとも粉微塵に爆破された。爆発の寸前に再生されたローラの声に、銭形警部は涙するのであった。これも、次元大介の悲恋となる「国境は別れの顔」に並ぶ悲恋の傑作である。

ICPO㊙指令（PART 2）

ICPOのジャスミン局長は、エリートでありながらも、結婚を夢見る美女であった。密かに部下の銭形警部に恋をする。ICPOは、変装して芝居をして、ルパン一味を逮捕する作戦を思いつく。ジャスミン局長は盲目で難病の女性の役を演じて、銭形警部はその恋人役を演じる。銭形警部は、恋人が死ぬ前にヴェネツィアに連れていきたいが、マフィアから追われていてまもってほしいとルパンたちに依頼する。情に流されて、ルパンたちはまんまと騙される。ヴェネツィアでジャスミン局長は病気で倒れた演技をする。ルパンたちは病院にジャスミン局長を送り届けるが、その時に病院に仕掛けられた局長特性の牢屋に入れられる。そこで、芝居にだまされ、罠にかかったことに気づく。この牢屋は、下手に触ると針にさされて死ぬ仕組みだ。その後、銭形警部は、ヴェネツィアの舟で、ジャスミン局長が前から銭形警部のことが好きだったと告白される。そして、プロポーズしてほしいと頼まれる。銭形警部はプロポーズして、ジャスミン局長もそれを承諾する。しかし、ルパンたちは、不二子のブラジャーで牢屋のトゲを固定した隙に脱獄する。そして、プロポーズ直後、キスする二人の前に現れる。銭形警部は「ルパンを逮捕するまでは結婚できない」と言い、ジャスミン局長は「また、婚期が遅れる」と嘆くのだった。銭形警部にはもったいないほどの美女だが、おそらく相当焦っていたのであろう。

炎の記憶　TOKYO Crisis（テレビスペシャル）

徳川家の財宝のありかを記したガラス2枚を巡って、ルパン一味とマイケル・スズキ（若手経営者）は争う。雑誌記者で若い美人の一色まりやは、銭形警部の密着取材をする。実は、一色まりやには、特殊能力があり、その遺伝子をマイケル・スズキは狙っていた。最初はまりやを煙たがっていた銭形警部も、次第にまりやの優しさに惹かれる。マイケル・スズキの手下から無事、まりやを守り抜いた銭形警部だが、まりやから「お父さんみたいな人」と言われて、失恋する。

Inspector Zenigata (Zenigata Koichi) is a hot-blooded detective who is obsessed with arresting Lupin III. He was seconded from the Metropolitan Police Department to the ICPO and is given the authority to investigate all over the world (this is a unique setting for this work, and the ICPO does not actually investigate in reality).

Inspector Zenigata seems to be dedicated to his work, but in fact, he also has a romance. That's what I want to talk about this time.

The Woman whom Zenigata Fell in Love With (Part 2)

Lola, a widow of a wealthy man, and Inspector Zenigata fall in love with each other. Laura's ex-husband uses Laura's voiceprint as the key to his safe. However, if Laura's voice does not follow his voice, a bomb he has placed on Laura's body will explode. The New York mafia, unaware of the bomb, plot to record Laura's voice. Inspector Zenigata rescues Laura from the mafia, but he cannot protect her by himself, so he kneels down and begs the Lupin gang to protect her. The only way to protect Laura is for Lupin to steal the safe, dump it on the bottom of the sea, and then have the bomb removed through surgery (there are plenty of mafia members who are after her fortune). However, while fleeing from the mafia, Laura is unable to hold back her confession of love to Inspector Zenigata, and the words are recorded by the mafia. She is also shot dead by the mafia. Lupin and his gang sympathize with Inspector Zenigata and promise to "get revenge." Lupin and his gang remove a small bomb from Laura's body and succeed in mixing it with the mafia boss's pills. After that, the mafia play Laura's voice and blow her up into pieces along with her fortune. Inspector Zenigata is moved to tears when he hears Laura's voice just before the explosion. This is also a masterpiece of tragic love that rivals Daisuke Jigen's tragic love story "The Border is the Face of Separation."

 ICPO Secret Operation (Part 2)

ICPO Director Jasmine is an elite woman who dreams of marriage. She secretly falls in love with her subordinate, Inspector Zenigata. The ICPO comes up with a plan to disguise herself and stage a play to arrest Lupin and his gang. Director Jasmine plays the role of a blind woman with a serious illness, and Inspector Zenigata plays the role of her lover. Inspector Zenigata wants to take his lover to Venice before he dies, but he is being chased by the mafia and asks Lupin and his friends to protect him. Carried away by emotion, Lupin and his friends are fooled. In Venice, Director Jasmine acts as if she has fallen ill. Lupin and his friends deliver Director Jasmine to the hospital, but are thrown into a cell with the Director's characteristics set up in the hospital. There, they realize that they have been tricked by the play and that they have fallen into a trap. If they touch the cell carelessly, they will be stabbed by a needle and die. Later, on a boat in Venice, Inspector Zenigata is told that Director Jasmine has always loved him. She asks him to propose to her. Inspector Zenigata proposes to him, and Director Jasmine accepts. However, Lupin and his gang escape from the prison by using Fujiko's bra to fix the spikes on the cell. Then, right after the proposal, he appears in front of the two of them kissing. Inspector Zenigata says, "I can't get married until I arrest Lupin," and Director Jasmine laments, "My marriage will be delayed again." She is too beautiful for Zenigata, but perhaps she would be afraid of delaying her marriage.

Memories of Flame: Tokyo Crisis (TV Special)

Lupin and his gang and Michael Suzuki (a young businessman) fight over two pieces of glass that show the location of the Tokugawa family's treasure. Mariya Isshiki, a young and beautiful magazine reporter, is doing an in-depth interview with Inspector Zenigata. In fact, Mariya Isshiki has a special ability, and Michael Suzuki is after her genes. Inspector Zenigata is initially annoyed by Mariya, but gradually becomes attracted to her kindness. Inspector Zenigata safely protects Mariya from Michael Suzuki's henchman, but is heartbroken when Mariya calls him "like a father."
