Takramでは現在、WFH（Work From Home）をメインに働いています。Takramメンバーがどのように自身の働き方や暮らしをデザインしているのかをのぞいてみましょう。

At Takram, we are currently primarily working remotely. In this series, we take a look at how Takram's members are designing their work style and life.

大手信用調査会社にてリサーチ・データ分析業務、人材紹介会社でキャリアアドバイザー業務を経験後、2019年よりTakramに参加。プロジェクトファシリテーターとして、プロジェクトを円滑に進めるためのオペレーション構築、業務を行う。
After working as a researcher and data analyst at a major credit research company and a career advisor at a recruitment agency, she joined Takram in 2019. She is responsible for building and managing operations to ensure projects run smoothly as a project facilitator.

How do you design your working style?

私は普段、プロジェクトが円滑に進められるように契約周りの業務や、メンバーのアサイン状況の管理、調整をメインで担当しています。オフラインで仕事をしていた時はあまり意識してなかったのですが、顔を合わせることで、言葉にはしないけど、メンバーの顔色から感じ取れる多忙具合やコンディションなどをキャッチすることが、業務を円滑に進める上で重要な要素だったなと感じています。オンラインメインの働き方に移行したことで、自然とキャッチしていたメンバーの様子が見えなくなり、リモートワークへ移行した当初は業務の難易度が上がったように感じていました。

現在は、パーソナルにサポートしきれなくなった分、以前とは異なる形で現状をキャッチアップしやすくする運用に変更しました。依頼のあったプロジェクトはすべてSlack上で公開し、メンバーが手をあげてプロジェクトに参画できるようにするなど、メンバーが自分の意思を反映しやすい運営を心がけています。もちろん工数やプロジェクトの状況によって意思表明していないプロジェクトに参加をお願いすることもありますが、必ず本人に承諾をとるプロセスになっています。偶発的に起きていたコミュニケーションが少ない分、意思疎通に齟齬がでないように気をつけています。

また、今も奮闘中ですが、メンバー個人の困りごとや悩みごとを相談しやすい環境にするために現状できない状態であっても「実現できる方法をまずは考えてみる」という思いをチームで大事にしています。そういう雰囲気づくりから、気軽に相談していいんだと思ってもらえる環境を整えたいと考えています。

I'm mainly in charge of contract-related work as well as managing and coordinating the assignment status of members so that projects can proceed smoothly. When I was working in the office, I didn't think much about it, but I felt that catching members' busyness and conditions that I could sense from their facial expressions by meeting the members face to face was a key factor for smooth operations, although they didn't say it in words.As I shifted to working from home, I couldn’t see how the members were doing, and I felt that the level of difficulty of the work increased.

Now that I can no longer provide personal support, I have changed my operation to make it easier to catch up with the current situation in a different way than before. For example, I post all requested projects openly on Slack so that the members can raise their hands and participate in the project, and try to operate in a way that makes it easy for the members to reflect their own intentions. Of course, depending on the number of man-hours or the status of a project, I may ask a member to participate in a project for which the member has not yet expressed the intention. However, Takram has the process to obtain the consent of participation from the member. I am careful not to have any discrepancies in communication because there is less chance of haphazard communication.

In addition, to create an environment where it is easy for members to discuss their problems and concerns, the teams value the idea of "thinking of ways to make it happen first," even if it is not currently possible. We are still struggling to make it happen. By creating such an atmosphere, I hope to create an environment where people feel free to consult with us.

What is your particular work space?

私自身は、比較的どんな環境でも問題なく仕事ができるため、他のメンバーと比べるとあまり、ワークスペースを整えることはしていないかもしれませんが、必然的に自宅にいる時間が長くなったため、快適に生活をおくれるように心がけています。今年は植物を買い足したり、花粉症対策のために空気清浄機を購入したりしました。また以前と比べ自宅で食事をする機会が増えたため大きな冷蔵庫を購入しました。

I can work in any environment, so I may not have put as much effort into arranging my working space as other members. Since I spend more time at home, I try to make my life more comfortable. This year, I bought some plants and an air purifier to prevent hay fever. I also bought a large refrigerator to have more meals at home than before.

What is a book you would recommend?

Takramでは、メンバーの学びを全面的にバックアップするために「Book Purchase」という制度があり、自由に書籍を購入することができます。他のメンバーがどんな本を買っているのかをSlackチャンネルで全員が見ることができ、その時の興味関心を垣間見ることができます。
At Takram, we have a "Book Purchase" system to fully support the learning of our members, allowing them to freely purchase books. All members can see what books other members are buying on our Slack channel and get a glimpse of their interests at the time.

元々小説が好きでよく読んでいます。さまざまなジャンルを読みますが、特に推理小説や日常の生活を描いているものが好きです。作家さんだと伊坂幸太郎さんや朝井リョウさん、本多孝好さんの作品をよく拝読しています。

以前、仙台に住んでいたこともあり、伊坂幸太郎さんの作品は仙台を舞台に描かれていることが多いため、東北の街並みを回想しながら読んでいます。普段自分が同じように過ごす日常の情景を「こんな言い回しするんだー」みたいな表現に出会うとテンションがあがります。

I always liked novels and often read them. I read a variety of genres, especially mystery stories and those that depict daily life. I like authors such as Kotaro Isaka, Ryo Asai, and Takayoshi Honda and frequently read their works.

I used to live in Sendai. Many of Kotaro Isaka's works are set in the area, so I read them while reminiscing about the streets of Tohoku. I get excited when I come across a passage like, "I didn't know there was such a way to express the scenery around me!”

What do you like about Takram?

シンプルにTakramメンバーのことを尊敬しています。プロジェクト成果物を見るとかっこいいなーとかすごいなーとか素直にそういう感想がでてくるんです。自分にはできない分野なのでピュアに楽しめるし、尊敬しています。

自分自身の業務に関係する部分でいくと、例えば日々行わないといけないルーティン業務の中でも効率的なやり方を自身で課題提起し、アプローチ方法についてもPDCAを回しながら日々模索して行けるところが好きです。元々しばられるのが嫌いな性格もあるかもしれませんが、自分たちで新たな方法や、自分たちにフィットした方法を探求していく文化が根付いていているように感じます。

I have simple respect for Takram members. When I see the results of their projects, I can't help but think how cool or amazing they are. It's a field I can't do, so I genuinely enjoy and respect them.

In terms of my own work, for example, I like the fact that I can raise the issue of how to do something efficiently even in the routine work that I have to do every day, and I can search for ways to approach the issue while implementing the PDCA cycle every day. Perhaps it's because I don't like to be constrained, but I feel that there is an ingrained culture of exploring new ways of doing things and ways that suit us.

What interests you now？

元々自宅にいる時間が好きで、ゆっくり寝ていることも、リラックスしてTVを見ている時間も幸せを感じられるタイプなんです。だからなのか、特段これにはまっているみたいなものやこだわりみたいなのは少ないのですが、自分の中でちょっとした流行がその時々であったりします。少し前は坦々麺にハマっていました。出先でメニューにあると頼んだり、自分でつくったりもしていました。

I've always been the type of person who likes to spend time at home and feel happy when I'm sleeping or relaxing and watching TV. Maybe that's why I don't have many things that I'm into or obsessed with, but I do have my own little trends from time to time. A while ago, I was addicted to dan dan noodles. I would ask for it when it was on the menu when I was out and about, and I would even make it myself.

今回はモジュールメンバーのErikaさんにお話しを伺いました。
ご存知の方もいるかもしれませんがTakramには部署が存在しません。そのため、組織運営については、例えばAccounting、Recruitingなどいくつかの機能に分けてモジュールというチームを編成し、その役割を担っています。モジュールについてもどこかでご紹介したいと思います。
