INTRODUCTION
"We would like to provide the chances for Japanese kids to play football in English"

Hi, I am Takashi Matsumura. I'm a coach at Kanagawa University (KU) Football team , and also the director of NPO Corporation "EVERGREEN SPORTS JAPAN" to coach mainly with kids from international school based at Shibuya in Tokyo.

 This EVERGREEN SPORTS JAPAN is originally called WYNRS Japan that was also NPO Corporation and was launched as Japanese branch of football academy called WYNRS in New Zealand (NZ). 

 It was an organization launched by the members of people who had agreed with the vision of original WYNRS and they did some activities based on thier philosophy. As I was involved with their NPO activities before I went to NZ, I kept involving after I came back too.

 Later the name has been changed to EVERGREEN SPORTS JAPAN until now but the basic principles are the same. That is to develop the players' life skills through football and to coach them improve as footballer but also as one person.

 As the organization, our strength is to coach in both Japanese and English. We would like to provide the chances for Japanese kids to play football in English since the emphasis on English education will be increased more and more. Of course we would like to coach the foreign kids who live in Japan too.
