復讐という行為
コナン・ドイルの『緋色の研究』を読んだ。
ホームズとワトソンが初めて出会い、遭遇する事件について書かれた本である。
この推理小説の犯人の動機は、愛した人たちを殺した男たちへの復讐だった。
この本を読んでいるとき、元首相の殺人事件が起きた。
報道記事で見る限り、この犯行の動機も私怨による復讐である。
２０１９年に起きた京都アニメーション放火事件は、報道によれば、自分の書いた原稿を盗まれたと信じた男の復讐心が引き起こした。
命は平等である。元首相の事件については、色々な論評記事を見かけるが、たまたま復讐の被害者が元首相だったということに過ぎない。
彼は警察とＳＰに守られていた。その彼を守れなかったのは警察の落ち度である。日本の警察は、政治家にヤジを飛ばす人を排除する能力にはたけているが、殺意を持って近づく人に対応する能力が欠けている。
また、これは、元首相が安易に統一教会の広告塔を引き受けなければ起きなかった事件である。
京都アニメーション放火事件の方がより理不尽である。彼らは、アニメファンに喜びを与え続けた。
森友学園をめぐる財務省の公文書改ざん問題について、無関係を装う、不実な人とは対極だった。
１９８５年、豊田商事会長刺殺事件が起きた。二人の犯人の動機は検索してもよくわからないが、彼らはすでに刑期を終えて刑務所を出たという。
豊田商事は、２千億円規模の詐欺事件をおこした。
統一教会は、名前を変えて未だに信者から財産を搾り取っている。
お金の流れだけを見れば、被害者は大金を投資して、儲けたいと思ったか、信者は言われるままに寄付してご加護を得たいと思ったかの違いでしかないだろう。前者は約束を破れば（あるいは投資関係法令に違反すれば）罪に問えるが、後者は犯罪にならないだけである。

I read Conan Doyle's A Study in Scarlet. The book is about Holmes and Watson's first meeting and the incidents they encounter.
The motive of the murderer in this mystery novel was revenge against the men who killed his loved ones.
While I was reading this book, the murder of a former prime minister occurred. As far as I can see from the news reports, the motive of this crime was also revenge based on a personal grudge.
The Kyoto Animation arson case in 2019 was caused by the vengeful spirit of a man who believed his manuscript had been stolen, according to reports.
Life is equal. You can find many commentary articles about the murder of a former prime minister, but it just so happens that the victim of revenge was a former prime minister.
He was protected by the police and SP. It is the fault of the police that they failed to protect him. The Japanese police are skilled at getting rid of people who yell at politicians, but they lack the ability to deal with people who approach politicians with the intent to kill them.
This is also an incident that would not have occurred had the former prime minister not easily accepted the Unification Church's billboard.
The Kyoto Animation arson case is more inexcusable. They continued to bring joy to animation fans. They were the opposite of untruthful man, pretending to be uninvolved in the issue of the Ministry of Finance's falsification of official documents concerning Moritomo Gakuen.
In 1985, the stabbing murder of the chairman of Toyota Shoji. The motive of the two perpetrators is not clear from an Internet search, but it is said that they had already served their sentences and left prison.
Toyoda Shoji committed a 200 billion yen fraud. The Unification Church, under a different name, is still squeezing money out of its followers. Looking only at the flow of money, the only difference is that the victims invested large sums of money and wanted to make a profit, while the believers did as they were told and donated to obtain blessings. The former can be charged with a crime if they break their promise (or violate investment-related laws and regulations), while the latter is simply not a crime.
