瞑想とは？マヤ　悟りのキ、極意

瞑想（めいそう）とは、「瞑」（めい）は穏やかに死ぬ、または再び眠りに落ちることを意味し、「想」（そう）は測定する、考える、または心の中で現象や物を形成することを意味します。

マーヤ（Maya）とは、存在しないもの、または（マ＝それ）存在しないもの（ヤ＝ではない）を形成するための測定です。マーヤは単純に、複数の層を持つ幻想を指します。パンチャ・コシャはアンナマーヤ(食物の層)、プラナマーヤ(呼吸、感情の層)、マノマーヤ(メンタル層)、ビジュナーナマーヤ(意識の層)、アナンダマーヤ(至福の層)の五次元に重なる層を内包しています。

第六チャクラまたは第三の目は、神経が集中し、脳内部の視覚化を整理する松果体と呼ばれる場所に位置しています。内部の感覚器で光を感知することによって、情報を送信する視床や基底核などの内部の部屋と関連付けられます。
