​概要

九州大学生ゴミコンポストプロジェクト公式noteをご覧いただきありがとうございます。「生ゴミコンポストプロジェクト」は、九州大学の生ゴミを堆肥化し「資源」として利用することで、生ゴミの循環サイクルを構築することをビジョンに始まりました。

参加するには？

※現在はコンポストの実証実験のため、参加対象は九州大学学生寮ドミトリー2, 3の居住者とさせていただくこと、ご了承ください。（実証実験の成果次第で、今後対象を拡大する予定です。）

回収場所：ドミトリー2，3のゴミステーション内に設置したゴミ箱

回収日：毎週月曜日・金曜日

※長期休暇中は回収をお休みします。

1．生ゴミを集める

2．水を切る

3．ビニール袋の口をしっかり縛る

4．回収箱に持って行く（月・金）

注意点

・生ゴミは腐っていない状態のまま持ってきてください。

・ビニール袋の口は匂い・虫対策のため縛って持って来てください。

・腐っていなければ基本的にどんな食べ物でも分解可能ですが、衛生管理やコンポストの分解能力の都合上、下記のものは捨てないでください。

①肉類

鶏肉、豚肉、牛肉、猪肉など

②骨類

牛の骨、手羽先の骨、手羽中の骨、魚の骨など

③乾燥してる皮や硬い皮（繊維質で分解に時間がかかるため）

玉ねぎやアボカドなど（ジャガイモや大根の皮などはOK!!

④種

堆肥として使うので発芽するような種は入れないでください

⑤大きすぎる生ゴミ（例）キャベツの外葉そのまま一枚

事前に3-5cmほどの大きさまで切ってください。

回収した生ゴミはどうなるの？

1. プロジェクトメンバーが生ゴミを回収し、腐葉土の中に投入して堆肥化させます。

2. 堆肥化させた土でハーブの栽培を行います🌱栽培したハーブや野菜は生ゴミ回収にご協力してくれた方にプレゼントします！

Overview

Thank you very much for visiting our official note page. "QU Compost Project" has started with the vision of creating circulation of compostable garbage in Kyushu University by using the garbage as "resource" of compost.

How to Join?

※Currently, we are working on a pilot project with the limited range of participants(Target: residents in Dormitory2 and 3). Depending on the results of the pilot project, we will consider enhancing the target. Thank you for your understanding.

Place: Garbage cans in the trash stations of dormitory2, 3 

Date: Every Monday and Friday

※We do not collect during long vacations

1．Collect kitchen waste

2．Drain the water

3．Tie the plastic bags tightly

4.   Take it to the collection box

Precaution

・Please bring non-rotten kitchen waste.

・Please tie up the plastic bag to prevent odors and insects.

・If the garbage is not rotten, any food is basically compostable but please avoid the following foods for hygiene reasons.

①Meat, Chicken, Fish, and so on

②Bones

Fish bones, Chicken bones and so on

③Dry or Hard Skins

Such as skin of onion, avocado and so on

④Seeds

It will be used as compost, so please don't add seeds that will germinate.

⑤Large Food Scraps （e.g. A whole leaf of cabbage）

Please cut into 3-5cm-pieces in advance

Where do the collected kitchen scraps go?

1. We will collect them and put them into our compost box

2. After they are composted, we will return the soil to the green space in Kyushu University. 🌱

3. Also, we use the soil to plant herbs. 🌱
