こんにちは。大学のゼミがあったのでオフィスから参加しました。
長期インターン生の和田です。
最近雨続きでInstagramの投稿が滞っています。雨の日でも素敵な代官山を発見していきたいです。

Hello. I joined from the office because I had a university seminar. I'm Wada, a long-term intern. My Instagram posts have been slow because of the recent rain.
I'm looking forward to discovering Daikanyama, even on a rainy day.

僕の担当プロジェクトは会社全体の広報とカフェBAR事業です。
実は当社は広報が得意な会社でもあります。広報担当の取締役の下で直接広報の仕事をさせてもらえるというめちゃめちゃ貴重な機会をいただいています。
カフェBAR事業に関してはオフィスのBARスペースをランチでも利用しようというものです。

My projects are public relations and bar business.
In fact, we are a company that is good at public relations and I am given the rare opportunity to work directly under the supervision of the PR manager.
As for the bar business, we are planning to use the bar space in the office for lunch as well.

カレーにコクを出す方法
How to make your curry richer

本日は取締役の人脈で日経新聞の記者様とお話しする機会をいただきました。内容はADOREcollege（アドレカレッジ）についての紹介を行い、そこからディスカッションという形でした。
ADOREcollege（アドレカレッジ）ではフリーランスという働き方の選択肢もあることを提唱しているのですが、「実際に和田さんの周りでリスクを取ってフリーでやりたい人は増えているのか？」という質問がありました。
しかし、僕の大学は専門性があったりそもそも最近は大学に行かないのでそこに明確に答えられませんでした。サービス提供者としてデータの集め方がまだまだ甘いと痛感した日でした。
その後はBARのメニュー開発でカレーを作りました。野菜ペーストのカレーにしたのですが、なかなかコクが出ずに納得いくものができません。
とにかく美味しいものが作りたく、必死で色々試した結果にんにくを入れたらめちゃめちゃコクが出たのでみなさん是非お試しあれ。

Today, I had an opportunity to talk with a reporter from Nikkei through my contacts on the board.
ADORE college promotes freelance work, and I was asked if there are more people around you who want to take risks and work as freelancers.
However, I couldn't give a clear answer there because my university is specialized and I don't go to university in the first place these days. It was a day when I realized that as a service provider, I was still not very good at collecting data.
After that, I made a curry as part of the BAR menu development. We made a vegetable paste curry, but we couldn't make a satisfying curry because we couldn't make it rich enough.
Anyway, I wanted to make something tasty, so I tried a lot of things, and after adding garlic, I got a really rich curry.

カレー開発を開始した本日これからプロジェクトが本格的に動き出すことにワクワクしました。
おそらくこれが動き始めたら自分の可愛い料理が外でも可愛がられるのか、プロジェクトが自走し始めたとき信じて仲間に託せるか、子育てのようにやっていくのだろうなと思います。
広報の仕事は上から業務指示が降りてくる部分がありますが、今回のBAR事業に関しては自分が動かないと進んでいきません。
責任があると同時にワクワクも大きいです。
ちなみにこちら軌道に乗ってきたら手伝ってくれる仲間を募集しますので是非スタンバっていてください。

I'm excited that the project is about to start taking off in earnest today as I start developing the curry.
I think I'll probably do it like raising a child, wondering if my lovely food will be adored outside when this starts to move, or if I can trust my friends to do it when the project starts to run itself.
Public relations work comes down from the top, but with this bar business, if I don't make a move, it won't get done.
I have a lot of responsibility and excitement at the same time.
By the way, we'll be looking for people to help us out once we get going, so please stay tuned.
