予約をいただいた皆様へ、ご連絡申し上げます。

会場の収容人数の関係で、予約は定員に達したため締め切らせていただきました。ただし、過去のイベントでは当日に体調不良となる方や無断キャンセルが発生しております。このため、本イベントへ真剣に参加されたい方々に優先的にご参加いただくため、無断キャンセルや事前の連絡なしにキャンセルされる方に関しては今後の優先順位を考慮させていただくこととなりました。これは、大使館とOHAOの活動に真摯に向き合っていただく意味でもあることをご理解ください。

もしもイベント1週間前に体調不良となった場合は、感染症のリスクを考慮し、ご連絡いただけると幸いです。キャンセル待ちの方々もおりますので、当日の参加人数を減らすよりも、大使館との協力を尊重し、適切にご参加いただける方に優先させていただきます。

今回は、さまざまなところからの持ち帰りいただく預かり品がございますので、頑丈なエコバッグをご用意いただき、ご参加いただきますようお願い申し上げます。

Important Notice Regarding OHAO PROJECT×Embassy of the Republic of Peru Learning Fair

We would like to inform all those who have made reservations.

Due to venue capacity constraints, reservations have been closed as we have reached full capacity. However, in previous events, we have experienced instances of individuals falling ill or cancelling without notice on the day of the event. Therefore, in order to prioritize those who genuinely wish to participate in this event, we will consider the priority of individuals who cancel without notice or do not provide advance notice for future events. Please understand that this is also a matter of sincerely engaging with the activities of the Embassy and OHAO.

If you feel unwell one week prior to the event, we would appreciate it if you could contact us considering the risk of infectious diseases. As there are individuals on the waiting list, we would like to prioritize those who will appropriately participate in the event in respect for the cooperation with the Embassy, rather than reducing the number of participants on the day of the event.

We sincerely appreciate the interest shown by many individuals.

This time, we have items to take back from various places, so please prepare a sturdy eco-bag and participate accordingly.
