ポエム　アリアドネ　poem ariadne

for ariadne is a maiden fair,
and asterion man-faced bull.
wonders the Theseus, that how would a half-bull come to be,
from the womb of a maiden as beautiful as she---ariadne?
Dionysos nickers while the two bicker--cursing
negligent Hera, cuckold Zeus, other impotent gods.
for He Dionysos, knoweth that minotaur Asterion---his ugly bastard Son.
could only be born through the union of Ariadne,
a maiden so fair, with him,
a chaotic Star.
the star had fallen, in the labyrinth of Crete.
and from a maiden birthed a bull,
Io, the meaning of this sign thou knowst the best.
ariadne, there is no wonder that
she has donkey ears----a maiden as fair as she.

アリアドネは麗しい乙女であり
アステリオンは男顔の雄牛
テセウスは不思議に思う、
アリアドネのような美しい乙女の胎中より、どうして人と牛の半獣が生まれるのかと。
二人が言い争っている間、ディオニュソスはひんひんと嘶きして嘲笑う。
そして彼らが罵る：怠慢なヘラ、コキュ鳥のゼウス、他の陰萎無力の神々を。
しかしディオニュソス、彼はミノタウロスのアステリオンを知っている---彼の醜い雑種の落胤を。
アリアドネと結ばれることでしか 生まれないことを
麗しいアリアドネと彼
混沌とした星との結合によって
星はクレタ島のラビリンスに堕ちた
そして、乙女から雄牛が生まれた、
イオ、この兆しの意味はお前が一番よく知っている。
アリアドネ、不思議はない。
彼女はロバの耳を持っている-彼女のように美しい乙女。
