2024 ノルディック オーケストラ ツアー

フルオーケストラによる北欧の一連のショーを発表できることを大変うれしく思います。


私たちが北欧地域でオーケストラとツアーを行うのは今回が初めてです。ツアーはフィンランドで幕を開け、スウェーデン、デンマーク、ノルウェーを巡り、その後バンドの本拠地レイキャビクで公演を行う。各ショーは41人編成のフルオーケストラで行われ、ロバート・エイムズが全ショーを指揮します。


昨年の非常に限られたオーケストラショーと同様に、私たちは最新アルバム「ÁTTA」からの曲と、私たちの歴史の全範囲をカバーするカタログからのさらに多くの曲を演奏します

We are very pleased to announce a series of Nordic shows with a full orchestra.


This will be the first time we have toured with an orchestra in the Nordic region. The tour opens in Finland, continuing in Sweden, Denmark, Norway before a show in the band’s home city of Reykjavík. Each show will be with a full 41 piece orchestra, with Robert Ames conducting all shows.

「Robert works closely and has premiered works by many of the leading figures in new music including Philip Glass, Hildur Guðnadóttir, Bryce Dessner, Mica Levi, John Luther Adams, Nico Muhly, Richard Reed Parry, Meredith Monk, Terry Riley, 🥨Jonny Greenwood🥨, Anna Meredith and Steve Reich.


Recent collaborations with musicians who inhabit the pop/ electronic and film music world, include 🥨Taylor Swift🥨, Actress, Frank Ocean, Little Simz, Sigur Rós, Celeste, The National, 🥨Thom Yorke🥨, Justice, alt-J, Kelly Lee Owens, William Basinski, Jamie XX, Self Esteem, 🥨Radiohead🥨, DJ Shadow and Labrinth.」


As with last year’s very limited run of orchestral shows, we will be performing songs from our latest album ÁTTA along with many more from our catalogue covering the full expanse of our history.
