No 4:

Using "yoroshiku" amongst "joushi and buka" "superiors and subordinates":
上司と部下の間で「よろしくお願いします」を使う時：

A superior is talking to her/his subordinate:
上司が部下（彼女／彼）に話す時：

A) I need you to email all our clients by the end of the day, thanks.
全ての顧客に今日中にメールを送ってほしい、よろしく。

OR
または、

A) I need you to finish the presentation notes by the end of the day, thanks.
今日中にプレゼンテーションの原稿を作ってほしい、よろしく。

The "thanks" here is “yoroshiku".

“thanks”がここでは「よろしく」となります。

Another example is "I’m counting on you." which means "Yoroshiku" or "Makaseta yo".

他の例では、"I’m counting on you.”
これは「よろしく」または「任せたよ」という意味になります。

No 5:

Saying "yoroshiku onegaishumasu" when dropping a child off at pre-school/kindergarten. When dropping your child off you can say "So, I'll pick CHILD'S NAME up in about four hours, thanks." The "thanks" here is also "yoroshiku onegaishimasu”.

子供をプリスクールや幼稚園に預ける時に「よろしくお願いします」を言う時の場合です。子供を預ける時、"So, I'll pick CHILD'S NAME up in about four hours, thanks.”（では、４時間で◯◯を迎えにきます）と言うことができ、 “thanks”これが「よろしくお願いします」という事になります。

Saying "yoroshiku" between family and friends: 
家族や友達の間で「よろしく」と言う時。

"Thanks you for doing this" or "I knew I could count on you!" or "thanks you’re awesome!" or "I love you!", all mean "yoroshiku".

"Thanks you for doing this"か"I knew I could count on you!”または “thanks you’re awesome!"、 "I love you!”

これら全てが「よろしく」という意味になります。

An example: １つの例

I'm a little busy today, could you do the dishes and vacuum the house? Thanks, you're awesome!
今日はちょっと忙しいんだ。食器洗いと掃除機をかけるのをやってくれる？
よろしくね！
