The Book That Saved Me When I Was Young: How I See the World.
I have three treasures that I hold and cherish.
The first is compassion,
The second is frugality,
The third is not daring to put myself ahead of everybody.
In my late twenties and thirties, I was in a psychological crisis.
In the environment of raising children as a housewife in a closed social space, I was eager to contribute to society.
Coping with a bloated self and a small community.
A sense of powerlessness.
I was worried and suffering from things I had no control over.
In this life, I came across the Tao of Lao Tzu, a Chinese classic.
It changed the way I perceived the world, and it saved me.
That compassion is life essential.
The English blog offers people who feel stuck.
I introduce local information in Japan in the hope that it will give people who feel stuck new perspectives and ideas.
