1日目 (土曜日)
羽田空港から新石垣島空港にANAを利用して移動します。
この旅はSFC修行の一環です。
SFC修行の記事は以下を参考にしてください。
11:35に羽田空港を出発し、14:35に新石垣島空港に到着しました。
バスに乗って宿泊先の「ぱいぬ島リゾート 石垣島」まで移動しました。
ホテルは広く綺麗でした。
2人で1泊で11,683円でした。
16:00から18:00で、マングローブSUPツアーに参加しました。時間がないため、貸切ツアーで予約しました。集合場所は宮良川のため、ホテルから徒歩10分くらいの場所でした。
初めてのSUPでしたが、ガイドは知識も豊富で、優しく教えてくれました。自然も感じられ、非常に楽しかったです。2人で15,000円でした。
次は石垣市街に夕食に行きます。
市街地まではバスで移動しますが、沖縄のバスは時間通りに来ません。
もう行ってしまったがビクビクしましたが、無事にバスに乗れ、市街地までいけました。
今回の夕食は「まだんばし家」です。
刺身のコスパがとにかく良かったです。
ただし混雑するため、事前に予約しておく必要があると思います。
色々食べて飲んで8,460円でした。

バスでホテルまで帰りました。
終バスが早いので注意が必要です。
私の時は21時頃でした。
2日目 (日曜日)
朝一でチェックアウトしました。
青の洞窟&ウミガメ シュノーケリング ツアーのため、7時頃にガイドさんがホテルまでピックアップしに来てくれました。
車で30分くらい移動して海に入りました。
青の洞窟は潮の加減で行けませんでしたが、ウミガメに会うことができました。
目の前でウミガメが泳ぐ姿は、なんとも言えない美しさでした。
その他にも様々な海の仲間たちを紹介いただき、充実した時間を過ごしました。
途中から海酔いしてしまったことが残念です。
酔い止めを飲んでおけば良かったです。
2人で11,000円でした。
ツアーの後は石垣島シャワーステーションまで送ってもらいました。
シャワーステーションは簡単な作りですが、綺麗でした。
その後、離島ターミナルから11時のフェリーで竹富島に行きました。
以下が含まれて2人で8,800円でした
・往復のフェリー
・水牛のツアー
・自転車のレンタル
・ターミナルから中心街までのバス
まずは水牛のツアーに行きました。
ガイドの方が三線を奏でながら竹富島の案内をしてくれ、気持ちの良い時間を過ごしました。
その後、昼食をとりました。
「お食事処 かにふ」に行きました。
オリオンビールと沖縄そばの相性は最高ですね。
2,350円でした。
その後は自転車をレンタルして竹富島を巡りました。
・西桟橋
・コンドイ浜
・星の砂
レンタル自転車を返却し、おやつの時間です。
「竹富島ぱーらー願寿屋・島宿願寿屋」に行きました。
島で飲むジュースは格別に美味しく感じました。
フェリーの時にもらったクーポンを利用して約500円くらいだったはずです。
ターミナルまで徒歩で行き、15:20の船で石垣島に戻りました。
妻はターミナルから出ているバスに乗り、新石垣島空港に行きました。
17:45発の飛行機で羽田空港に帰りました。
私は有給休暇が取れたので、石垣島をもう1泊楽しみます。
まずはホテルにチェックインしました。
明日のツアーの集合場所が「東横Inn石垣島」前のため、東横インに泊まりました。
安定の綺麗さとコスパの良さでした。
1人で1泊して8,340円でした。
石垣島に来たからにはゲンキ牛乳を飲む必要があります。
「石垣さかい商店」に行きました。
テラスで飲むゲンキシェイクは最高でした。
約400円だったと思います。
夕飯その1を「食堂えがお」でらふてー丼を食べました。
さんぴんハイも添えてしまいました。
フェリーを利用した特典のクーポンを使い、お手頃に食事ができました。
約500円だったと思います。
帰り道に寄ったファミマに色々な種類のOrionビールがあったので、つい買いました。
ホテルにビールを置き、荷物の整理をしていたら「ひとし 石敢當店」から20:30頃に連絡がありました。
石垣島で予約が取れない店として有名で、私も1ヶ月以上前に連絡しましたが予約できませんでした。
当日、開店と同時にお店に行き、キャンセル待ちをしていました。
お店に入れるタイミングで電話を貰いました。
人気店ということもあり、美味しく、とにかく安いです。
約3,000円だったと思います。
注文したものは記憶のため、間違っているかもです。
・オリオンビール → ？円
・泡盛 → ？円
・刺身盛り合わせ → 1,300円
・石垣牛の握り → 380円
・シャコ貝巻き → 500円
・イラブチャー → 150円
・ミーバイ → 180円
3日目 (月曜日)
07:40より幻の島のツアーに参加します。
船で30分ほどかけて移動しました。
浅瀬が広がっており、エメラルドグリーンが広がっていました。
シュノーケリングも実施でき、魚を追いかけて遊びました。
なお、1人で参加していたのは私だけでした。
6,000円でした。
幻の島を楽しんだ後、ホテルに戻りシャワーを浴びて、10時頃にチェックアウトしました。
離島ターミナルから10:30のバスで新石垣空港に向かいました。
12:05の飛行機で羽田空港に戻りました。
帰りの飛行機はプレミアムクラスでしたので、快適でした。
旅費の合計
2人で1泊 + 1人で1泊して、約20万円でした。

Day 1 (Saturday)
We flew from Haneda Airport to Shin-Ishigakijima Airport by ANA.
This trip is a part of SFC training.
Please refer to the following article on SFC training.
We departed from Haneda Airport at 11:35 a.m. and arrived at Shin-Ishigakijima Airport at 2:35 p.m.
We took a bus to "Painu Island Resort Ishigakijima" where we stayed.
The hotel was spacious and clean, and the price was 11,683 JPY per night for two people.
We took the mangrove SUP tour from 4 pm to 6 pm.Due to time constraints, we booked a private tour with an adjustable start time.
The meeting place was about a 10-minute walk from our hotel because of the Miyara River.
It was our first time SUP and the guide was very knowledgeable and kind.
We felt natural and had a great time.
The price was 15,000 JPY for two people.
Next, we went to dinner in the center of Ishigaki Island.
We took a bus to the city center, but Okinawan buses were never on time.
We were scared that the bus had already gone, but we got on the bus safely and made it to the city center.
For dinner, we went to "Madanbashiya".
The sashimi was good, cheap, tasty, and generous in volume.
However, since it gets crowded, we think you need to make a reservation in advance.
The price was 8,460 JPY including the following:
- Sashimi for 2
- Jimami Tofu
- Island radish
- Sea grape tempura
- Ishigaki Beef Nigiri
- Hirayachi
- Beer x 1
- Sour x 2
- Awamori x 1
We took the bus back to the hotel.
Be aware that the last bus leaves early (it was around 9:00 pm).
Day 2 (Sunday)
We checked out of our hotel first thing in the morning.
The guide came to pick us up at our hotel around 7 am for the Blue Cave & Sea Turtle Snorkeling tour.
We drove about 30 minutes to the beach.
We could not go to the Blue Cave due to the tide, but we were able to see sea turtles.
It was indescribably beautiful to see the sea turtles swimming right in front of us.
Our guide introduced us to a variety of sea friends and we had a great time.
I regret that I got wavesick in the middle of the tour.
I should have taken anti-sickness medicine.
The tour cost 11,000 JPY for two people.
After the tour, our guide dropped us off at the Ishigakijima Shower Station.
The shower station was simple but clean.
We then took the 11 am ferry from the remote island terminal to Taketomi Island.
The cost was 8,800 JPY for two people including the following
- Ferry (round trip)
- Buffalo tour
- Bicycle rental
- Bus from the terminal to the center of Taketomi Island
First, we went on a buffalo tour.
The guide showed us around Taketomi Island while playing the sanshin (Okinawan three-stringed instrument), and we had a pleasant time.
After that, we had lunch.
We went to "Restaurant Kanifu".
Orion beer and Okinawan soba go great together.
The price was 2,350 JPY.
After that, we rented bicycles and toured around Taketomi Island.

- Kondoi Beach
- Star Sand
After returning the rental bicycle, it was time for a snack.
We went to "Taketomi Island Parlour Ganjuya and Island Inn Ganjuya".
The juice we drank on the island tasted exceptionally good.
I remember it cost about 500 JPY using the coupon we got on the ferry.
We walked from the center of town to the terminal and took the 3:20 pm boat back to Ishigakijima.
My wife took a bus from the terminal to the new Ishigakijima Airport and took the 5:45 pm flight back to Haneda Airport.
I had a paid leave, so I enjoyed Ishigaki Island for one more night.
I checked in to the hotel.
I stayed at "Toyoko Inn Ishigakijima" because the meeting place for tomorrow's tour is in front of there.
It was clean and cozy as usual and cost 8,340 JPY per person per night including breakfast.
Since you are on Ishigaki Island, you must drink Genki Milk.
I went to "Ishigaki Sakai Shoten".
The Genki Shake on the terrace was great.
I think it was about 400 JPY.
I ordered rafutei-don and sanpin-hi for dinner at "Shokudo Egao".
Using a coupon I got on the ferry, I think the price was about 500 JPY.
I stopped at a Family Mart on my way to the hotel and found a variety of Orion beers, so I just bought some.
I left my beer at the hotel and was sorting out my luggage when I received a call from "Hitoshi Ishigando" around 8:30 pm.
The restaurant is famous for not being able to get a reservation.
I contacted the restaurant over a month ago, but could not make a reservation.
On the day of the event, I went to the restaurant as soon as it opened and waited for a cancellation.
I had promised to get a call when the restaurant had an opening.
It is a popular restaurant, delicious, and inexpensive anyway.
I think it was about 3,000 JPY.
I remember ordering the following, but I may be wrong.
- Orion Beer → ? JPY
- Awamori → ? JPY
- Assorted sashimi → 1,300 JPY
- Ishigaki beef nigiri - 380 JPY
- Mushroom rolls → 500 JPY
- Irabucha → 150 JPY
- Mibai → 180 JPY
Day 3 (Monday)
The tour of Phantom Island began at 07:40 AM and took about 30 minutes from Ishigaki Island by boat.
The shallows were wide open and emerald green.
Snorkeling was also available, and we chased fish.
I was the only one who participated alone.
The price was 6,000 JPY.
After enjoying the fantastic island, I returned to the hotel, took a shower, and checked out around 10:00.
From the remote island terminal, we took the 10:30 bus to Shin-Ishigaki Airport.
I took the 12:05 flight back to Haneda Airport.
The return flight was premium class, so it was comfortable.
Total trip expenses
Two people stayed one night + one person stayed one night for about 200,000 JPY.
