Jinpa / ジンパ

Hello there.

The mints のピクチャーダイアリーです。

We would like to express our condolences for the hot summer season.
It is said that the main island of Japan is experiencing "disaster-level heat," so how is everyone doing?
Here in Sapporo, the days are also hot, but the humidity is low, the wind is blowing, and it is a refreshing summer day.

We have started to see 'Jinpa' around me.
You may have all heard of Jingisukan (Genghis Khan).
It is mutton or lamb grilled over a charcoal fire.
Jinpa means Jengiskan party, which is an outdoor BBQ.

For the past a fewe years, Jinpa has not been possible due to infectious diseases.
Jingpa is a tradition in Hokkaido.
It has been a long time since we have had a Jinpa, and we can't wait to do it.

暑中お見舞申し上げます。
本州は「災害級の暑さ」と言われていますが、みなさんいかがお過ごしでしょうか。」
こちら札幌も暑い日々が続いていますが、湿度は低く、風も吹いて、爽やかな夏の日です。

周りではジンパを目にするようになりました。
みなさん、ジンギスカンは聞いたことがあるかもしれません。
炭火で羊肉（マトンやラム）を焼く焼肉のことです。
ジンパとはジンギスカン・パーティの意味で、屋外でBBQをすることです。

この数年間、感染症のためジンパはできませんでした。
札幌の風物詩、ジンパ。
久しぶりのジンパ、早くやりたいです。
