As you see the news every single day, the situation of COVID-19 is getting worse again due to the new coronavirus variant in Japan.
Unlike some other countries, most of Japanese hospital won't let any of your family members be in the labour room during you are giving birth.
It's the one of precautions to protect others and other new born babies who don't have strong immune system for this strong viruses.
I know how much you might feel anxiety, how much you feel alone, and these feeling would make you more nervous and get rid of your confidence, too.
Don't you, however, forget who is staying by your side ALL THE TIME?
Who is also suffering pain, relax, anxiety and excitement exactly the same as you do?
