For the first time in the Russia/Ukraine war, the Ukraine has made a serious counter attack that has gained ground.

No doubt, the Western media will be portraying the Ukrainian army as about to conquer Moscow.

But what really happened here? First of all, the the Ukrainian attack came in a place where Russian military troops were weak. The troops holding the line there were not regular Russian Army, but militia from Donetsk and Luhansk. They were equipped for police type work, patrols of rear areas. They did not have the heavy equipment needed to fight in a front line, such as artillery.

Personally, I doubt that the Ukrainians will be able to fight well against regular Russian army units. I believe in the next few weeks this attacking force will be slaughtered. The front line will be pushed back.

But then the weather cleared, Western Air Forces slaughtered German troops, German units became entangled in traffic jams, slowing the advance, and heavy American tank units arrived, smashing the German forces.

Another interesting thing. I have previously reported that 70% of weapons sent to the Ukraine never reach the front, but disappear into the Black Market.

US Army units in South Korea have had their ammunition sent to Ukraine.
