Why I can't blindly believe dictionaries

I prefer as clear as math but in the English language is without its formulas even with a lot of templates for telling somebody.

A sentence with templates is interpreted as various meanings by some situation or the recieved person.

It is a dictionary as well. The author's telling meaning might be different from my meaning I could understand with it. It is the same thing even as the Japanese language. I don't think to have understood it both the languages right. That brings up what I cannot believe somewhere of dictionaries.

So other information too like as dictionaries, I value.
