Various Notes: "Why opposite?"
I didn't know the meaning of this article even though I'm reading it now.
That's no, no good. Added a note to me here.
Probably, "the previous time" is the following note.
And, "the added question" is the next sentence.

I thought I could see "or" before "is it?".
I most likely have said,
"Excuse me, the note of this site isn't SNS, (or) is it?"

I tried to write using a sentence of added question the previous time.
I feel there is "or" not seen in the head of that part of the added question, so the sentence seemed to ask the opposite words.
I had "Why opposite?", but I understood such.
