The right person in the right place!
I saw a chiropractor yesterday. He said ‘If the bones are in the correct spot, we can move and stand easily in the right posture.’
And I’ve been feeling it easier to walk and stand since this morning. I experienced that if the right things in the right place, they can display their potential.

【#105】今日の名言を教えてください。

適材適所！
昨日整体に行ったんだ。整体師さん曰く、「骨があるべき所にちゃんとあれば、正しい姿勢で楽に動けるし立てる」そう。
今朝から歩くのも立つのもなんだか楽なの。適した場所にちゃんと置いてあげたら、その能力をしっかり発揮できるんだって体感した。
