as well and these all mean totally the same. Don’t get confused!

E.g.

Q. How do we recognise if 一月 is read as HITOTSUKI: a month or ICHIGATSU: January?
... Whichever fits in the context. ;)
But 一月 as ICHIGATSU: January often follows the particle に(ni): in or は(wa): subjective particle. Also the context would always relate to the dates.

...会いましょう(aìmàshòu): polite volitional form of 会う(àu): to meet, see

(h(i)tòts(u)ki mo surèba naòrìmàsu yò)
: One month is enough to be cured. / (It’ll) be cured in a month (or less).
...も(mo): a particle to emphasise its enough/ too much
...すれば(surèba): conditional form of
...治ります(naòrìmàsu): polite form of 治る(naòru): to be cured, healed

・まだ生まれて4ヶ月です。
(màda umàrètè yońkàgetsu desu)
: He/She’s still 4 months old. / (It’s been) only 4 months since (he/she) was born.
...まだ(màda): still, yet, only, just
...生まれて(umàrètè): TE form of 生まれる(umàrèrù): to be born
...です(dèsu): polite ending words for a noun/ adjective.
