英語日記#2

Here's part two of my English journal.

My life has been going well lately and each day I have a lot of things that I'm thankful for. I am really grateful to have friends and family in my life, I have a roof over my head, I can eat everyday...so on.

When you don't pay attention to each things,
it's probably easy to take it for granted and assume that it's normal to have all of those things.

But when you really think about it, it is not normal.
Some people have all of them, but some don't.

So we should be aware of what we have now and appreciate them.
And by appreciating those things, you're actually attracting positive energy around you, and because you have your positive energy, good things will come to you.

Just by practicing gratitude, you will attract good things to you.
It's okay you can't do it instantly, but you will eventually get to the point where it's easy to find something that you want to appreciate.

I guarantee that will change even a small thing in your life.
Because it happened to me just by appreciating things in my life.

And it feels so good when you do it, your mind will automatically shift to a positive mindset. 

Even when I don't feel good, I try to appreciate what I have and that actually bring me up and cheer me up.
