【The Niseko CircuitⓇとは?】 English follows.
　札幌、ニセコ、函館、（海路）、室蘭、洞爺湖、支笏湖、そして札幌を結ぶ北海道観光の黄金ルートを周回するコースです。航路が開設されれば、函館から室蘭まではフェリーで移動できるようになります。高い確率でイルカに出会え、幸運に恵まれれば鯨まで見られるかも知れません。仮にこのルートをレーサー並みのスピードで駆け抜ける条件があれば、5日間で全行程を走破できるはずです。

第1日　札幌 – ニセコ
第2日 + 第3日　ニセコ – 函館
第4日　函館 – (フェリー) – 室蘭 – 洞爺湖
第5日　洞爺湖 – 支笏湖 – 札幌

【自転車愛好者のあなたへ】
　全ルートをたとえば20区間に分けて、日常生活で機会が生じる度にそれぞれの区間を埋めて行くことができます。北海道はいつでもここにあり、あなたが挑戦を進めるのを歓迎します。
「北海道西部二輪お遍路旅」へおいでください。どこでも地元の人々に笑顔で歓迎され、美味しい食べ物に出会えるでしょう。風の中でお会いしましょう。

• An invitation to The Niseko CircuitⓇ, a cycling “pilgrimage” through Western Hokkaido
    This is a circular course that connects Sapporo, Niseko, Hakodate, (sea route by ferry), Muroran, Lake Toya, Lake Shikotsu, and Sapporo, or the Golden Route of Tourism in Hokkaido.
    You could split the whole route into, say, twenty separate sections and cover each of them as opportunity arises in your busy daily life. Hokkaido can wait and welcomes you to fulfill your own quest on two wheels.  
    Wherever you go you will be greeted by casual smiles of the locals and delicious foods. A fastest rider like a professional racer could perhaps complete the challenge in five days as follows:

• A possible itinerary for a speed-seeker:
Day 1: Sapporo – Niseko
Day 2 + Day 3: Niseko – Hakodate
Day 4: Hakodate – (ferry) – Muroran – Lake Toya
Day 5: Lake Toya – Lake Shikotsu – Sapporo

• The objective of the route setting: Ride The Bike, Help Medical Research
    To promote funding for medical research through cycling pleasures. Make a contribution to the medical institution(s) of your choice as you ride through the beautiful nature this island has to offer.

• A new ferry route for cyclists craved for between Hakodate and Muroran
    If a ferry ride provided primarily for the lovers of cycling should get inaugurated between these two ports, you could view the leafy coastlines and explore the wonders of nature from on board the vessel. If you are fortunate enough you may even be able to spot a whale; it is more likey to see dolphins. Let's meet in the breeze.
