得意技　special skills

あの店の四川麺を久しぶりに食べたいと思う。あの店は周りの店がコロナで閉店している中、力強く営業していた。やはりお客が病みつきになる得意技があるからだろう。どんな世界でも秀でた技が一つでもあるのは強い。しかし、僕は間違って麻婆麺を頼んだことに料理が来た後に気がつく。また今度食べにくれば良いか！そんな風に許せる位の、得意技と普通技を自分も身につけたいと思った。

I want to eat Sichuan noodles at that store for the first time in a long time. That store was operating strongly while the surrounding stores were closed in Corona. Probably because there is a specialty that customers are addicted to. It is strong that there is even one excellent technique in any world. However, I noticed that I accidentally ordered Mapo noodles after the food came. Should I come to eat again! I wanted to acquire my own special skills and normal skills that I could forgive like that.
