When I joined the company...

Hi I'm JAB!!
I have been learning English.

Today's topic is what I felt about after becoming a salary person.

I searched hardly but...

When I joined the company 1 year ago, I didn’t know about any rules of the company.

So I had to search for many documents of rules in complicated folder structure to know a lot of rules. 
The documents don’t have almost information that should be declared even if I found them out from deep inside of server.

I thought that it’s not good situation for company which above 100 employees.

This situation of management is finally related to distruct of many employees.

I wanted to know how I can get a raise.

It's my purpose to get money for my family.
So it was better for me to know it.

Lots of Japanese salary people aren't good at negosiation to get raise.
so we should know salary increase rule of the company before we join.

I also didn't know it when I joined.
There are nothing which the company does not establish these rules in the first place.

At such company, the shortest way to get raise is to be liked by boss. I think I'm good at it.
However almost people can't accept such situation. we feel unfair.

I think it is important for us to know the rules of salary increase before joining.

Finally, is it normal situation in Japan?
