Paradise. - Dec. 8, 2023.

When I hear the word "paradise," I envision the university. According to the Oxford Learner’s Dictionary, "paradise" is defined as "(in some religions) a perfect place where people are said to go when they die and a place that is extremely beautiful and that seems perfect, like heaven." As an M2 student immersed in the study of American literature, I find my paradise within the university. Lately, my time has been devoted to the research room as I work diligently on completing my thesis.

In this privileged environment, I have the opportunity to immerse myself in a plethora of books, absorb the knowledge directly from my professors, and engage in enthusiastic and profound discussions with my seminar mates. For me, this academic setting is paradise because I can access as much knowledge as I desire whenever I need it. With my graduation scheduled for next March, I am determined to make the most of this academic paradise until that time.
