Cooking seriously. - Dec. 25, 2023.

"You grill the salmon and I'll boil and chop the pumpkin for the soup," was our plan, which we successfully carried out yesterday. She's the chef in our relationship! Haha. I spent Christmas Day with my love, and together we cooked dinner - risotto, salad, pumpkin soup, and apple pies. We had fun while preparing each dish and just messing around. She wanted to have the risotto she enjoyed in Finland, so we topped it with a salmon fillet to replicate the dish. All the food was delicious, and I couldn't have been happier. Haha.

I've really gotten into cooking because she compliments my miso soup and Japanese rolled omelet. She also enjoys the boxed lunches I prepare. I'm looking forward to cooking something new and learning more recipes to make with her.
