Comrades - Nov. 19, 2023.

I decided to study and improve myself seriously because she’s doing her best in terms of her work, study, exercise, and so on. Yesterday, I was studying with my partner at a cafe. I like to study with her because I feel like we are comrades. I’m a grad student, and she’s been working for some years. I have a lot of things to complete in my thesis, so I always read books, consider, and write down my thesis. She is also studying to get a certification. I really appreciate that we can share our own time by studying to make our dreams come true. We are not only in a romantic relationship but also in a comradeship.

Next year, we’re going to start a long-distance relationship, so I’m also going to miss her. However, we can enjoy that relationship by focusing on improving ourselves. I want to cultivate my skills while we can’t meet face to face. My friend told me “Absence makes the heart fonder.” I want to expand my love for her and improve myself while we aren’t together.
