アニメとアンコウの街大洗に異変が起こっていた。記録的な不漁、そして突如パニックを起こして暴れ出す、アクアワールドの海の生き物たち。人々の不安は最悪の形で的中する。マンボウとサメに似た2匹の怪獣が、海から出現したのだ。大洗サンビーチに上陸した二大怪獣は、大洗マリンタワー、大洗海岸と蹂躙しつつ激闘を繰り広げる。はるか昔、海の暴れん坊だった二大怪獣は、この地に降り立った大己貴命によって退治され、海の守護者としての役目を与えられ眠りについた。しかし人類による環境破壊と海洋汚染が怪獣たちの感覚を狂わせ、暴走状態となって暴れ始めたのだ。磯崎神社の境内に集結した何故か戦車を操縦できる女子たちの活躍により、大人しくなった怪獣たちは海に帰ったが、人類文明が地球環境を破壊し続ける限りいつまた凶暴化して現れるかわからないという。
