いつも大変お世話になっている海外マスターと共に今回はウズベキスタンに来ています。

初めての中央アジアですが、気候も大変過ごしやすく、治安の良さに加え親日の国のおもてなしをありがたく頂戴し、小さなトラブルも笑い話に変え、この国での可能性を模索しています。

◆街並みについて
タシュケントとサマルカンドでは、ヨーロッパ風な建築物が立ち並び、ロシア系／アラブ系／アジア系とさまざまな人種が存在するが皆さん礼儀もあり、至る所で親切な声かけや助け合いを目にしました。美男美女が多い印象👌

また、古き良き昭和のような、路地裏で子供たちだけでボール遊びをしながらそれを見守る近くの家のおじいちゃん。など、日本ではなかなか見れない光景もこの国では見ることができました。

◆金融について
Orient Finans Bankでは、現地スムを預けておくと金利がなんと20%！

100→120→144→172.8→207.3→248.8→ 298.5
複利4年で2倍！複利6年で3倍！

逆に融資は25%ほど金利がかかるため、【預けるのはいいが借りるのは怖い】といった感じでしょうか

◆ビジネスについて
今回アポイントの現地ウズベキスタンで不動産／特定技能の派遣／イングリッシュスクール　を手がけているバハドル社長からも学びをいただきました。

また、この国での月給の中央値が200-300$ほどとの事ですがそれなのに街がきれいというギャップには驚きです。車はほとんどシボレーで、トヨタはまだ一台も見ていない状況。

今のところ、かなりいい国という印象でした👍
時差は日本から4時間巻き戻しです。

I am currently in Uzbekistan with the overseas master who always takes great care of me.

It is my first time in Central Asia, and the climate is very pleasant. In addition to the good security, I am grateful for the hospitality of this Japan-friendly country. We have turned small troubles into amusing stories and are exploring the possibilities in this country.

#### ◆ About the Cityscape
In Tashkent and Samarkand, European-style buildings line the streets, and there is a mix of Russian, Arab, and Asian people. Everyone is polite, and I saw many instances of kind interactions and mutual help. There is an impression that there are many beautiful people👌

Additionally, I witnessed scenes that are rare in Japan today, such as children playing ball games in the back alleys under the watchful eyes of elderly neighbors, reminiscent of the good old Showa era.

#### ◆ About Finance
At Orient Finans Bank, depositing local sums yields an interest rate of 20%!

100 → 120 → 144 → 172.8 → 207.3 → 248.8 → 298.5
Compound interest doubles in 4 years! Triples in 6 years!

On the other hand, loans have an interest rate of about 25%, so while depositing is good, borrowing seems daunting.

#### ◆ About Business
I also learned from President Bahodir, who handles real estate, specific skill dispatch, and English schools in Uzbekistan.

Furthermore, I was surprised by the gap between the median monthly salary of about $200-300 and the cleanliness of the city. Most cars are Chevrolets, and I haven't seen a single Toyota yet.

Overall, my impression is that this is a very good country👍
The time difference is 4 hours behind Japan.
