こんにちは！横浜ハブの竹田です！

緊急事態が延長され、様々な「自粛」が求められる時間が続いています。
僕たちとしても、様々な制約の中プロジェクト・事業が思うように進められなかったりともどかしく感じる瞬間が多くあります。

10代世代に目を向けると、特に横浜だと中学・高校は多くの学校で1月から部活禁止で、行事も中止。中には分散登校だったり、オンライン授業だったり。
友達との時間が制限されていたり、様々な挑戦を大きく妨げられるような状況が続いていると聞きます。

10代のエネルギーは計り知れません。
世界に目を向ければ、Z世代と呼ばれる次世代は世界人口の32％以上を締め、他の世代より多くの割合を占めます。さらにはグレタさんの印象も強いかもしれませんが、「大人がやらないなら、自分たちがやる」と立ち上がり社会を変革へと導く挑戦者も世界中で現れています。

そのエネルギーを社会が、大人が様々な形で押さえ込んでしまっている。
そんな状況が今、起きているように僕は思っています。

そこで、そんな横浜のZ世代の中でも10代に焦点を当て、
一歩先で社会・世界を変えようと挑戦するグローバル・シェイパーズとして
横浜・日本全体で
このコロナ禍でも制約をはねのけ、
さらに挑戦を続けていけるような【応援】するためのイベントを開催いたします！

登壇するのは、次世代チェンジメーカーの10代の挑戦者たち。
そんな彼らと向き合い、共に未来を描くのは僕たちシェイパーズ。
その熱を体感し、様々な形で応援・出会いをつくる多世代の参加者たち。

この場で生まれる熱や応援の繋がりは、
きっと横浜・日本に眠るエネルギーをもっと解き放ち、
ワクワクする未来につながるはずです。

オンラインなので全国から参加可能！
10代の方も、そんな次の世代を応援したい大人の皆さまも、
ぜひお互い学びあい、高め合い、応援し合う。

イベント概要：
世界経済フォーラム（ダボス会議）が任命するU-33のユース集団Global Shapers Community Yokohama hubが主催する高校生チェンジメーカーのピッチイベント

GSC Yokohama hubはこれまでも女性大生向けキャリア教育、シニアと若者世代の協創、横浜100人カイギなど多様なテーマに取り組んできましたが、2021年は「中高生の教育・エンパワメント」を新たな施策としてチャレンジしていきます！

その第一弾として、横浜在住で地域や世界を舞台にチャレンジをしている10代（主に高校生）にそのチャレンジをピッチして頂き、Global Shapersが本気のディスカッション&ブレストを通じて全力で応援します。

YOXOのコンセプトでもある「よくぞ！チャレンジした！」と誇れる文化を横浜に。
そして、若い世代がそれを実感し、信じて、活用できるように届けていきたい。

「評価ではなく、応援の文化を」をキーワードに、

次世代チェンジメーカー

金山葉織
「不条理な社会」を解決するべく単身でタンザニアにNPOのインターンに行ったり、カンボジアの孤児院でボランティアをしたり。高校卒業後はアフリカのサプライチェーンを修正する起業家になります。国内ではインターンをしたり、アフリカ と高校生を繋いだり、政治活動をしたり。
年がら年中バックパッカーをしている18歳です。

鈴木華子
児童虐待を減らすことを目標とし、学生団体リトルオレンジを立ち上げ、昨年の夏に「中高生と専門家が児童虐待を考えるシンポジウム」を主催。
感想でいただいた「将来、自分が虐待をせずに育児ができるか不安」とのお言葉や、様々なデータから、学校では育児について詳しく教えられず、私たち中高生には育児に関する経験や知識が不足していることを実感。
現在は、中高生へ実践的な育児教育を行う方法を模索中。

土居 七海

「誰もが主役になれるソーシャルアクション」「募金や物資支援ではなく対等なビジネスで世界を変える」をモットーに、SDGsを軸とした「エシカル消費あたりまえ化」のための道を模索している高校生。現在はアパレル産業を持続可能な産業に変えていくために、人はなぜ服を着るのか、という原点に立ち返っている。今後は国内外のアパレル製造現場を周り、また国内の伝統技術を日常の衣服に溶け込ませたいという目標を実現するために、旅に出たいと思っている。

神奈川県藤沢市育ち。「一人ひとりが自分と社会と共に生きられる未来を創る」をビジョンに掲げ、2015年に一般社団法人ウィルドアを設立。中間支援組織として学校や行政、企業・NPO等と協働・コーディネートをし、学校内外の両面にて主に中高生を対象とした新たな学びの場や仕組みの設計に挑戦。全国高校生マイプロジェクトアワード、Wandering Challenge神奈川大会等、国内外と協働する多数の事業に携わる。

株式会社An-Nahal CEO。コンサルタントとして6年間グローバル人材育成分野における制度・研修の設計、新規事業開発に従事。独立後は世界銀行や国際機関との教育関連プロジェクト、また認定NPO法人難民支援協会にて難民の就労支援に携わる。2019年、企業向けのダイバーシティ推進研修、外国籍人材のキャリア開発支援を主軸とした株式会社An-Nahalを設立。同年、世界経済フォーラムのGlobal Shapersに選出。Japanese Women’s Leadership Initiativeのフェローに選出。

大学に入学後、機械工学の研究を専攻をし、 現在、株式会社うちゅうのファウンダーとして人材育成及びテクノロジー領域の事業促進を実践をしていると共に、農業分野にテクノロジーをもって世界の食料問題を解決すべく、SAgri株式会社を設立し、代表取締役に就任する。 MakersUniversity 1期生、DMMアカデミー 1期生であり、TSG2016 セミファイナリスト、経済産業省 飛躍NextEnterprise 最年少採択として選ばれる。また、日本アントレプレナー大賞を受賞。

メンター：ランパル　カールティック Global Brain Principal
Karthikはインド出身で、文部科学省の奨学生として2015年に来日。東京工業大学で情報工学を専攻し、AIに関する研究を中心に勉強した。TEDx イベント運営やHult Prizeビジネスコンテストの立ち上げ、東工大留学生協会の副会長を務めるなど多様な活動を行ってきた。大学関連の活動以外に、文部科学省の留学生協会という非営利団体を設立し、日本にいる国費留学生（今5000人突破）の問題を解決している。
また日本のスタータップエコシステムに関する活動にも注力してきた。デロイトやVCファンドなどでインターンを通してスタートアップへの投資、また海外進出サポートを実施。Junction Tokyoという国内最大級の国際ハッカソンやスタートアップ関連のイベントも企画、運営した。テクノロジーを活用して社会問題を解決することがパッションであることから、日本のOne Young World コミュニティにも所属。2020年4月から国内のVCファンドに就職、今後も最先端の技術を使ったベンチャー支援をしていく予定。

メンター：長川美里 Wake Up Japan 理事/ GSC Community Champion
東京大学公共政策大学院CAMPUS Asia、北京大学国際関係大学院修了。高校時代の米国留学他、中国、韓国双方への留学経験を持ち、東アジアの次世代の和解と共生に情熱を注ぐ。二カ国で自ら慰安婦の女性を訪問した経験から戦争を知らない世代が作る平和についてを考え始め、主に社会教育団体Wake Up Japanの理事として、都内大学や、一般向けに東アジアの和解、平和構築をテーマにしたワークショップ、講演を多数実施。2020年には東アジア平和大使プログラムを立ち上げる。また、CAMPUS Asiaプログラムの修了生として、三国協力事務局（TCS）や各大学院と連携し、ソウルや北京に渡航しながら、三カ国の修了生を繋ぐ活動を継続している。
その他、GLOBIS経営大学院にて英語側でのコンテンツの企画・作成、国際ロータリー第2750地区にて若者の社会貢献活動への参画、One Young World の2022年の東京サミットへ向けた平和関連プロジェクトのリード。世界経済フォーラムの33歳以下のグローバル・コミュニティであるGlobal Shapers横浜ハブでは、2019-2020キュレーターを務めた後、韓国・モンゴル・日本のコミュニティチャンピオンにアポイントされる。

Overview
Yokopecha Teens is a pitch contest aimed at high school student changemakers. This event is organized by the Global Shapers Community Yokohama Hub, a U-33 youth group appointed by the World Economic Forum (Davos Conference)

In past, the Global Shapers Community has addressed a variety of themes, including career education for female students, co-creation between senior citizens and the youth generation, and the Yokohama 100 Kaigi, but in 2021, we want take on the challenge of educating and empowering junior and senior high school students as a new initiative!

To start off, we are inviting high school students living in Yokohama who are taking on challenges on the local and global stage to pitch their ideas, and Global Shapers will do their best to support them through in-depth discussions and brainstorming.

Based off the concept of YOXO, "Go for it. Take on that challenge!” We want to create a culture in Yokohama that we can be proud of.
And we want to deliver it to the young generation so that they can feel it, believe it, and leverage it.

In other words, “creating a culture of support, rather than judgement”
With the keyword, "A culture of support, not evaluation.

Whether you have something you want to try, or want to learn what the next generation has in store, come join us!

There are two requirements to apply.
You must be a high school student living or studying in Yokohama.
You are currently taking on a challenge

Kazuhiro Takeda
Co-founder of Willdoor. Master of System Design Management, Keio University.
With the vision of "creating a future in which each people can live as they want to be in the society", he established the general incorporated association Will Door in 2015. As an intermediate support organization, we collaborate and coordinate with schools, governments, companies, NPOs, etc., and try to create a new education system that nurtures the power to open up the future for high school students both inside and outside the school. Engaged in a number of projects that collaborate with other countries and organizations, such as the My Project and Wandering Challenge.

Yu Shinagawa　
An-Nahal Inc. Founder & CEO / GSC Yokohama hub curator
After six years of experience as a talent development consultant, she became a freelancer and worked on various projects such as designing global talent development programs, coordinating the World Bank’s project in the education field, and creative workshops sponsored by UNHCR Japan. Further, she worked for the NPO Japan Association for Refugees, and was responsible for job assistance for asylum seekers. In 2019, she was selected as a fellow of Japanese Women’s Leadership Initiative (JWLI). She started An-Nahal Inc., which is focused on career development for foreign nationals, as well as diversity inclusion training for Japanese companies.

Sagri Co,.Ltd - CEO / Uchu co.Ltd. Founder
大学に入学後、機械工学の研究を専攻をし、 現在、株式会社うちゅうのファウンダーとして人材育成及びテクノロジー領域の事業促進を実践をしていると共に、農業分野にテクノロジーをもって世界の食料問題を解決すべく、SAgri株式会社を設立し、代表取締役に就任する。 MakersUniversity 1期生、DMMアカデミー 1期生であり、TSG2016 セミファイナリスト、経済産業省 飛躍NextEnterprise 最年少採択として選ばれる。また、日本アントレプレナー大賞を受賞。

KARTHIK RAMPALLI
Karthik came to Japan in 2015 on the prestigious MEXT Scholarship. Karthik is an undergraduate MEXT scholar at Tokyo Institute of Technology, majoring in Information Technology ( AI & Deep learning ). He has been very active in the startup scene in and around Japan (through his internships at Deloitte Tohmatsu Venture Support and VC funds) for the last 3 years. He has demonstrated excellent event management and startup support (& investment) skills during his internships. Karthik also co-founded a Non Profit Organization called MEXT Scholars Association [MSA]( which has received a lot of acclaim for solving the foreigners-apartment hunting problem in Japan) to solve the problems faced by MEXT scholars in Japan. MSA has hosted over 100 events where they have provided career support, personal life support, FAQ guidance etc. to the students for free. MSA currently has over 5000 members all over Japan. MSA has been endorsed by the government of Japan and is being supported by MEXT. In 2019, Karthik has organized a hackathon called Junction in Tokyo and Finland, from which the participants were given a chance to launch Joint Ventures with the partnering companies. This hackathon has also been featured in Forbes Japan. Karthik also helped in kicking off the Hult Prize competition in Tokyo Tech and has raised funds for the TEDxTitech event at his university. Starting from April 2020, Karthik will be working with a VC fund in Tokyo, where he plans to continue to support startups and develop cutting edge Technologies with them.
Misato Nagakawa
Wake Up Japan, Executive Board Member / GSC Community Champion

Misato NAGAKAWA was born and raised in Tokyo, and very passionate about peace building in East Asia.
She obtained her master's degree both at the University of Tokyo in public policy and Peking University in international studies. From her experiences of living in three East Asian countries, namely Japan, South Korea, and China, she conducted her field research on the issue of comfort women in South Korea and China, and since then, she has been devoting herself to tell the stories of these women for building peaceful East Asia. As the executive board member of Wake Up Japan since 2018, she conducts multiple workshops/events to raise the awareness of peace education, social justice, and active citizenship. She also launched the East Asia Peace Ambassador Program in 2020. She is also currently working for Graduate School of Management, GLOBIS University, and leads the project of peace related activities toward One Young World Tokyo 2022. For Global Shapers Community, after serving as a curator for Yokohama hub in 2019, she was appointed as community champion for South Korea, Japan, and Mongolia by the World Economic Forum in 2020.
